Refurned item, even though they was listed for my vehicle and I ensured they was correct. Sadly the boxes was badly damaged. Rear brakes was for single piston calipers mine are 4 Front while for 4 posts the backing of the pad was just slightly to big to slide into the calioer Still waiting for response, looks like I will have to chase Next time I'll order via the shops and skip the discount least issues like this are sorted over counter

I made a click and collect order on the Saturday evening and it was only at the end of the process I realised that the branch I'd made the order with was closed on the Sunday, which was frustrating. I then went to collect my order on the Monday morning. I had expected that all the parts would have been picked and waiting for me, but I had to wait around 10-15 minutes for the member of staff at the till to find the parts and then spend another 5-10 minutes seemingly entering every part number into his computer I was happy with the price/quality of the parts but the collection process was unnecessarily slow, and no apology was given.

Ordered a part online to come and collect only to find that it hadn't turn up to then find out next day they didn't even have it in stock just waste of time

Artificially inflated prices, discount then applied but even with discount still more expensive than main dealer. Not right customers are duped into thinking they're getting a deal. My air flow sensor from gsf was £20.00 more than main dealer !

Wrong part sold, car reg number provided! I had to buy another part and paid for service which was only due to the wrongly given part .

Afraid incorrect air and oil filters were sent - not the first time this has happened. Will be in contact, but doubt I will use for filters again.

Website not working correctly so it placed a click and collect rather then home delivery. Staff at Thurrock branch not as helpful as they could have been with the matter

I rang up purely to make sure I had ordered the right product and the guy on the phone assured me it was...so I drove and picked it up got it home to realise it was the complete wrong. Barring in mind it's a 30 min drive hence why I rang to make sure I had to drive back to get the right ones. Luckily I had a very helpful man who gave me the right ones

Good value on parts via the website, very poor customer services on site at branch, order 3 coil packs when I picked it up, I told the counter person one of the coil packs looks opened, he assured me they are brand new, I told him two of them are brand new and sealed this one is opened and the coil pack inside looks used, he told me they come from the supplier like that! Take it or leave it, I asked politely if I could get a new coil pack that hasn’t been used, he told me no that’s not possible as I’ve ordered this one?? If I didn’t want it to cancel the order and get it else where.

Photos in the product listings are misleading and the wrong parts were delivered, when I contacted the helpdesk I was told it was down to a system error and the correct part I required was shipped out and I was told to just bin the first set of parts i received.

Sent the wrong part and had to order from euro as my van was in bits on a Saturday. Now stuck with the wrong part and also the hassle of sending it back to get a refund.

Wrong item ordered - my fault. Refunded when returned, but the refund was £ 10.00 short !!!!

Entered my cars details, no problems with the website selecting the correct discs. Lastly I added an oil filter. Wrong oil filter selected using website tool. Maybe this was my fault, I am not sure. I phoned to check the part number and was spoken to very rude - Like I was a pain in the ass phoning. Didn't bother returning and went elsewhere for the correct filter. Wouldn't use GSF again.

Placed an online order. Waited a week for the parts just to be told the brake pads were taken off my order by the warehouse. Had to shop elsewhere as they said I would have to re order them

I recently ordered bearings for my car to be delivered to a garage of my choice, I paid £8 to have them delivered before 12 noon the next day,but unbeknown to me because I ordered after 4pm on the Thursday the item would not be delivered the next day being Friday. As a good will gesture the chap I spoke to offered me a refund of the £8 postage but I still haven’t received the bearings,so I am without bearings and vehicle. Not impressed.If I had been aware I would have gone to Cardiff depot and picked them up myself,hopefully they will arrive Monday morning.They are coming from Birmingham apparently,just thought I’d let people know so they don’t make same mistake I did.

I bought a distributor cap for a Mercedes which was listed on their website as "Bosch" and it was very important to me that item should be original Bosch, but when item item arrived it was not, it was Bermi which was much poorer quality product, I phoned to complain, but was greeted by a very indifferent agent who could not care less. Not a satisfactory experience at all. I finally bought the product again directly from Germany
