Recently brought a couple of bits from branch over a couple of days ordering online no problems at all was in store as only one person serving each time with long queues and members of staff just standing around behind the counter almost like it’s not there job to jump on the tills or a case of no sales people had these on three occasions each time having to wait over half an hour to get served seems strange

Ordered discs and pads for my wife's Suzuki Swift from the website, which said different versions of the discs were available and that I should ring for confirmation. This I did and the 'correct' part number established. I submitted the order with the part numbers as advised, and a package promptly arrived. Unfortunately, when trying to fit the 'correct' discs, they turned out to have a diameter approximately 1 cm. too big! Not the 'correct' ones. I was not impressed. Took the offending items into the local GSF store, where the helpful assistant took very little time in identifying the correct parts, which were not in stock. He ordered them in for me and they duly arrived later that day. I was impressed with this. What I was not impressed with was that, because the original discs were ordered over the GSF website, I would have to pay (again) for the correct ones, though he did say that I could leave the incorrect parts with him for return to 'Birmingham' and a refund, which I haven't had yet.

I ordered online, but when I went to branch I was told my order wasn't there but they could give me the items I required but at an increased price , after questioning this I was told they could give me the parts at the correct price,. I then went to do the job on my vehicle and found that the parts where not correct. I now have to go back to branch and start the job again. Not very happy at all

Despite inputting the vehicle's registration and the correct make, model and year appearing, an incorrect part was sent. Your software is sometimes faulty. This is the second time it has happened with two different vehicles

I had made an online order... when I was there to pick the pads it not arrived...the clerk at the store did not even know what happened with the brake pads... and I even received email that I did not pick the order :( sad. To keep the ppl wasting the time.

Entered vehicle details online to use a promo code. Went to collect and one of the items was totally wrong. The assistant entered the vehicle details and it still came back with the wrong part. The correct part wasn't in stock. The second part had slight tolerance differences to the original part but i gave it a go anyway. Had the company next door (named after an old darts quiz program) not had the correct part in stock it would have been 25 miles wasted, not to mention the time. Not really impressed.

The front brake pad, brace/clip. Snap off too easily. Brake pad was for an Astra van G

I resevered some items and got my friend to collect it for me with a copy of the email sent to me. Unfortunately, he was not successful in doing so as he was refused.

Poor policy because I had to return goods I bought and it was faulty from start.i want to replace or refund but they said need to send it to manufacture to test I have to wait until then so I had legal advice from friend because I didn't buy from manufacture they should refund or replacement.made phone call to gsf and spoke to manager he said same thing gsf policy we can't refund or replacement until tested but I told him my legal rights then he agreed to refund me.

I ordered 2 wiper blades for my car and went to pick them up on the day stated and they weren't ready. I ordered the Hella make(GSF Premium) and I got given a Hella and a Bosch(a bosch for an astra H and not a J as ordered). Returned the incorrect blade and was given another Bosch,the correct one this time. Not happy with the miss match at all.

I recently bought a clutch for a ford mondeo with next day delivery, i paid for it on monday and on thursday it still hadnt arrived, so i rang the customer number to be told my part had been recalled and would be with me friday, it arrived friday but when i drove to my workshop to fit it, i almost immediately realised it was wrong, so i rang and was told it was the correct part number, so i went to the store near my house and saw the manager , he checked the part number that had beed drawn on with permanant marker, and the 8 or so recall stickers and told me that it was the correct clutch, now i knew it wasnt and i stood my ground, thankfully he looked a little further and found a different part number on the box which was the manufacturers number to tell me it was actually a vauxhall clutch, luckily id accidentally ordered a click and collect clutch to the store myself on the monday so it was a simple fix, but this was down to me doing the work for you, ill happily buy from the store again but i will not be using online again and ill be checking part numbers myself, and id like to say thanks to the store manager for listening and helping resolve it

The branch at Heathrow are top notch. No issues. Support with online orders is diabolical. It's none existent. No response to emails. Tried to complain but emails bounce back as the email address provided is not meant to receive external emails.

the delivery didn't arrive, so i had to call. It had been returned by the courier, for reasons no one could explain, and no one informed me of. So i had to buy in store (Nottingham). Reserved the items, were informed they were in stock, but not informed that the credit card machine wasn't working so had to be cash payment., Terrible service start to finish

Unfortunatley the Huddersfield branch did not have the card payment machine working for the second time in 2 weeks. This caused me to drive 1.5 miles to the nearest working cash point to withdraw cash. Luckily the amount was low and I did not habe to visit the bank itself.

On my last visit, 3 different people were dealing with my purchase of a few everyday items. * Trying to buy a fuel can the one I was given didnt have specific hose spout. * When I told the clerks, they pulled one off a petrol can and gave that to me, dont think it will work on the diesel tank. * The oil filter i ordered could not be located, so the clerks asked to swap mann for hengst. The hengst was cheaper, but this was not reflected on the invoice. Also the invoice still listed the mann filter. How would this affect stock management?! Overall, this was a strange visit with awful advice and little concern for the business. Not the usual service, and this is a concern.

Air filter Right product number with wrong item in box given the wrong bulb H1 and oil not as per Honda recommend Oil filter was perfect. wasted time opening air filter compartment trip to pick up new filter spoke to head office and had no way of making a gesture of goodwill sent 2 bulbs also had to be home for a signature for delivery of new fan as the correct one was not in stock apart from that it was perfect. I am glad I rang head office to make sure I was ordering the right parts for the 1 that was 100%
