The service was good I was served by nick I did not accept my first order as the box and item looked old .I stopped using your company ad a dissabled customer the dissabled space is always taken up by your Van's the first time I came I parked in the dissabled space but was blocked in by staff Van's the second time I came the dissabledspace was taken by your Van's .I had trouble with rude staff on another occasion and was assured by the manager staff would not park there any more for this reason I feel I cant use your company any more

Purchased gsf premium brake pads displaying on the website ,the website was misleading as the brake pads came with clips and two bolts ,when at the trade counter was told the clips and bolts were extra and not in the price on the website as shown .When I asked the staff they said they could not explain why this was . So from this experience I found your website a bit of a con and wrong . Disappointed .

Ordered on a Thursday told it would be with me by Saturday didnt arrive until Wednesday, could have picked it up on Saturday, dont know if I will ever use delivery service again, although the correct parts were sent, so dont trust the agent in being able to give proper delivery details seems they have no clue.

I bought a alternator for my vehicle, I was told by GSF staff it would be start and stop when fitted and tested it was not. Now it has been fitted and the Machnic suggested I leave it otherwise if I would take it out I will be charged more labour.

ABS sensors didnt work so disappointed with that had to return them But brake discs good price and deal.

My recent visit was not the best experience as I had reserved on line some parts and a 5ltr can of Mobil 1 ESP. The staff were very good but were unable to locate the oil. It showed on the system and my reservation but no stock could be found. My complements to the counter staff for apologising and offering alternatives etc. But on this day it had to be that specific product. Inconvenient yes but I had not traveled for or lost much time over it.

I ordered a battery,which came promptly but had been turned over at some point causing acid to spill into the plastic packaging.I messaged customer services,they said clean it and it would be OK.I said it was not good enough and wanted a new one,they said OK one would be dispatched that day.4 days later no battery,more messages,nothing so I foned and after 9 days I went and picked 1 up,I COULD HAVE DONE THAT FIRST IF I HAD A CAR.

The store assistant wasn't meticulous enough and missed the quantity of items in my order. It was not nice experience having to drive back into store to challenge this. He subsequently mentioned they only had just one quantity left in store. This clearly tells me he might have deliberately done this since there was no stock left.

Recently brought a couple of bits from branch over a couple of days ordering online no problems at all was in store as only one person serving each time with long queues and members of staff just standing around behind the counter almost like it’s not there job to jump on the tills or a case of no sales people had these on three occasions each time having to wait over half an hour to get served seems strange

Ordered discs and pads for my wife's Suzuki Swift from the website, which said different versions of the discs were available and that I should ring for confirmation. This I did and the 'correct' part number established. I submitted the order with the part numbers as advised, and a package promptly arrived. Unfortunately, when trying to fit the 'correct' discs, they turned out to have a diameter approximately 1 cm. too big! Not the 'correct' ones. I was not impressed. Took the offending items into the local GSF store, where the helpful assistant took very little time in identifying the correct parts, which were not in stock. He ordered them in for me and they duly arrived later that day. I was impressed with this. What I was not impressed with was that, because the original discs were ordered over the GSF website, I would have to pay (again) for the correct ones, though he did say that I could leave the incorrect parts with him for return to 'Birmingham' and a refund, which I haven't had yet.

I ordered online, but when I went to branch I was told my order wasn't there but they could give me the items I required but at an increased price , after questioning this I was told they could give me the parts at the correct price,. I then went to do the job on my vehicle and found that the parts where not correct. I now have to go back to branch and start the job again. Not very happy at all

Despite inputting the vehicle's registration and the correct make, model and year appearing, an incorrect part was sent. Your software is sometimes faulty. This is the second time it has happened with two different vehicles

I had made an online order... when I was there to pick the pads it not arrived...the clerk at the store did not even know what happened with the brake pads... and I even received email that I did not pick the order :( sad. To keep the ppl wasting the time.

Entered vehicle details online to use a promo code. Went to collect and one of the items was totally wrong. The assistant entered the vehicle details and it still came back with the wrong part. The correct part wasn't in stock. The second part had slight tolerance differences to the original part but i gave it a go anyway. Had the company next door (named after an old darts quiz program) not had the correct part in stock it would have been 25 miles wasted, not to mention the time. Not really impressed.

The front brake pad, brace/clip. Snap off too easily. Brake pad was for an Astra van G

I resevered some items and got my friend to collect it for me with a copy of the email sent to me. Unfortunately, he was not successful in doing so as he was refused.

Poor policy because I had to return goods I bought and it was faulty from start.i want to replace or refund but they said need to send it to manufacture to test I have to wait until then so I had legal advice from friend because I didn't buy from manufacture they should refund or replacement.made phone call to gsf and spoke to manager he said same thing gsf policy we can't refund or replacement until tested but I told him my legal rights then he agreed to refund me.

I ordered 2 wiper blades for my car and went to pick them up on the day stated and they weren't ready. I ordered the Hella make(GSF Premium) and I got given a Hella and a Bosch(a bosch for an astra H and not a J as ordered). Returned the incorrect blade and was given another Bosch,the correct one this time. Not happy with the miss match at all.
