I am only giving 2 stars as the only decent part was price and how quick it was delivered. However they delivered the wrong product. After puting my reg plate in and being shown what window wipers would fit. They delivered the wrong ones. And I now need to send back and only get £3.00 towards postage. Even though it wasn't my error!. Not good. I'm away to euro car parts to buy the correct ones.

Decent service Ordered a part online a couple of weeks ago reserved it in store in Bradford. When I got to the store the chap told me the item has gone missing. Wasted my time

Hi, I went to the Woodford branch for a windscreen wiper for my vehicle which I order online, when I got there it seems that there was no-one serving and after approximately 5-10 mins someone came out of the office to serve me, I gave the sales person the ref number for my order and then he want to located the wiper, after about approximately 5-10 mins he arrive back with the wiper and I pay and left store, it seems that it took a longer than normal to get served and get the item even though I have already order the item, I don't normally go to the Woodford store as I do not live near by, I have been to my local store in Liverpool and I have not had the same experience at this store, I would even praise this store, as the last time I have been to this store which was a while ago they seem to be my professional in the customer service.

Useless. Told me its not their policy to tell me the manufacturers part number of an item so I could confirm it was the exact part I needed. Lost a sale as I am not prepares to waste time with incorrect parts which is all too often from GSF

Customer service really poor I like to judge a company on how well they resolve complaints and you have really failed in this case so disappointed ☹️

Not very reliable. Ordered a part using my car reg. Got it to the persin fitting it and it's the wrong part for my car. Couldn't return in 7 days due to working and having my car fail the MOT (not for the same part, the part mentioned above was marked as an advisory) So now i'm left with a part i can't use and still need to buy again the part needed.

The store staff were very polite and friendly and I was serve promptly. The reason for the poor review is that I got the wrong part, the correct part was on the receipt but the part I got was for the rear not the front as requested and as stated on receipt

Part was sold as a pair, but no mention of that on website so I ended up with four items when I needed two. sold the second pari for more than I paid overall though so not so shabby.

Ordered an air filter, brake fluid, oil filter and 4 spark plugs. Only 3 spark plugs arrived. Emailed straight away to confirm this and request the other be delivered still waiting a week later

Ordered some power steering fluid on line about 3pm the following day 10am went to pick the part up the part was not ready he had to go and look for it on the shelf he was not sure which one it was and then went for someone else to help,This part should be ready with invoice ready just to hand over that's the point of pre-order.

I ordered brake pads for my astra and only the rear pads were the correct ones. I need to get the front pads exchanged for the correct ones

I ordered 2 parts 1 engine mount which was longer than the original and 2 outbof 3 bolts did nit line up , called to ask if they gave me the wrong part and was told this was the only 1 listed for vehicle , so sourced part elsewhere. The other part was a air mass sensor that when installed brouggt up engine management lights anf put my van into limp mode , i removed the part put old 1 back on and everything went back to normal , i returned this part back to store andvswapped it for a bosch 1 which worked fine .. Both parts which i originally bought were v-tech .....never again

Reserved for collection at Coventry branch to start with to be told it is out of stock and need to be reordered to be ready for collection next day. So reserved again at Birmingham branch as I work there, but when I got there after couple of hours the battery was not brought out so had to wait a long time to be brought out. Thanks

Great discount price offered for urgent part needed for failed car MoT. However dissapointed I was given the wrong Amber bulb for my car indicator light, even though I provided my registration number. The bulb needed offset bayonet pins, but was given straight. In the end as my need was urgent and no time to return to store, i had to modify my car bulb holder for wrong bulb to fit.

GSF, the parts (oil filters) you sent were incorrect. You could get a Good rating if you resolved this issue in a timely manner but I'm still in the middle of discussing it with you. I have sent the photos of the parts I received but you seem to find it impossible that they don't have a GSF part number on them but do not, only a Hengst Filter number on both the box and the actually filter. No GSF number. It's a good job I am not in a hurry for the filters.

Ordered click & collect and sales assistant could not find order paperwork? Very busy with customers at that time and seemed to be no system in place to deal with orders as sales assistant was looking in various piles of paperwork to try and find my order. Resulted in looking it up on the computer from the order number I quoted. Which is unfortunate as this would have made things easier and quicker from the start. No problem with the purchased goods.
