I SELECTED THE PART ON LINE AND ORDERED IT FOR COLLECTION. I COLLECTED AND PAID IN STORE. WHEN I STRIPPED OUT ALL THE PARTS ON THE CAR TO REPLACE THE PART I FOUND IT TO BE THE WRONG PART. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK THE ASSISTANT SEARCHED FOR THE CORRECT PART BUT CAME UP WITH THE SAME WRONG PART REFERENCE. THE SYSTEM WAS WRONG.

Delivery was a joke. Called on three separate days, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to be told each day it was coming the next, eventually arrived Thursday ! Only 3 days late

Hello, I am disappointed as when I made an order for collection last Saturday in the Northampton branch I called them at 13:00 and reserved a starter motor(after calling all branches in a 30 mile radius) and had to remove the old one before they shut at 4 pm and get there, unfortunately it happened to be the wrong one and when I arrived at 3:50 I was told that I needed to pay (15% discount in shop as I kicked off about the price) £173 for the right one with the sure charge included. (£102 sure charge) This was £70 more than my previous order and as it was the end of the day the guys working on the counter would not let me do an online order to get it at the same price as the last one I ordered. I did not have any other choice as mine had failed and I had to get to work on Sunday. From a customer perspective I appreciate them staying 5-10 min late but paying more than needed is not acceptable especially when there are no other options after calling all GSF branches for 30 miles to confirm stock as two states they had it and didn’t have them when I went to check at the shop and Northampton had both so went there, where I was charged £70 more than what was shown on my online order. Not exactly impressed, may have to use Euro if that’s the case. Regards Adam

After many failed attempts setting up a order I went to the Kingston branch. I was the only customer in there at the time but I still had to wait about 5minutes to be seen. The staff members we just chatting. When I got the parts one of the items was damaged, not your fault. But I was treated like an idiot when I returned the part. I went back with the paperwork for an exchange. It took about 3 minutes to be addressed, I eventually got the part exchanged. Not the service I expect.

The postman didn’t leave it so it makes mail order a waste of time. I had to pay more to get it sent to another post office and I had to go and get it.. absolute farce. You need a signature so this whole thing breaks down. Rubbish, you get your money and I get the frustration and the extra 50 pounds for a re-test

The part wasn’t even sent out, the person I spoke to online didn’t make it clear what was happening till I joined the queue again and has to ask them to reiterate what was happening, parts haven’t arrived yet but hoping they do soon

Did a click & Collect at your Reading store, Went to Collect, & because the E-Mail hadn't come through confirming my order, the guy serving was at best very unhelpful & rude, I walked out, vowing never to use that store again. So I went to your Eastleigh Store, ordered the same parts, completely different experience, the technology had worked this time, I had the Reference, the staff were very helpful, will use that store again

The customer services receptionist, as well as the people behind the counter etc totally ignore me, making me feel i was invisible. Waited around 20 minutes before i confronted one of the guys. He on checking in the system said my order wasnt there. When insisted that the email says todays date, he went in the back office and brought the box.

Firstly can I say that GSF's online service is usually great,however unfortunately poor on this occasion.I ordered parts online on Weds evening with free RM delivery (which always arrives 2 days later),there was'nt a delivery on Friday so I called customer services to chase and was told that one part was damaged so had to be replaced,this was far from ideal as I had the front of a Mini off on my drive waiting for a clutch etc!....parts then arrived the following Monday causing a repair delay by 2 days.A quick communication to update on parts delay would have been appreciated and would have readjusted my expectations.

I have been purchasing from this Company for more than 25 years. First it was German and Swedish (and they only had a handful of branches), then German, Swedish and French (and a few more branches) and now GSF. I am now reviewing whether I will ever purchase from this Company again. Why? I dislike the different prices the Company charges (online versus counter). I feel the Company is ripping off customers who do not realise it is charging different prices to customers who purchase online and then pick-up and those who walk-up to the counter to purchase. GSF has a business to run, but ripping-off customers - shame on you.

The order took 10 days to receive,I had to progress the order with the courier because the parcel been addressed incorrectly The parts are fine and as ordered but delivery was poor

Ordered two parts for collection. One was not suitable for it's purpose. It was universal vacuum hose that was too thick to fit. The other was supposed to be number plate light but instead there was a car horn in the box. Wasted my time really

All items arrived fast bot oil filter didn't fit to my car model had to go to local GSF shop. Purchased new filter no refund given.

Part was ordered for next day delivery as was needed urgently! Went to to chosen supplier in the time indicated to collect the following day. I gave my reservation number , to then be told nope we don’t have the item it will be a further 2 days! I bought from gsf for the quick delivery not the price! It cost me 2 days and more than the competitors price.... also 2 journeys to collect. Overall the website needs to be monitored and factual information given apposed to taking an order giving false information and just expecting the customer to go along with whatever excuse is given

Based on my experience. The good: - well built website, easy to use and find parts. - local stores to collect from because I'm very eager like that The bad: - images represented on the website do not reflect the product in store, this disclaimer should've been given when I reserved the product. - Image was of k&n filter and the most expensive filter based on my car but on arrival that wasn't the case. - customer service needs to be taught to employees. It doesn't exist.

Ordered battery for collection (paying more than elsewhere for convenience) only to find that the battery was the wrong one. Having been called at 5pm to (presumably) remind me so the staff weren't there waiting until closing time for me, this wasn't ideal. I was then directed to another site 20 miles away for the following morning, which I made a special journey to and arranged to work locally in order to do so, only to find that the card machine was not working and had not been working since the previous day so they could have forewarned me when arranging in the evening but didn't bother. This meant an additional trip to a cash machine (who carries £100 in cash on them just in case?) and being late for work.

Wrong part sent to store. Staff offered to rectify but had to chase them all day after being promised 5 call backs, then in the most non committing way possible told they couldn't get the part, but wouldn't actually say that

I am have some what become disappointed with the service received lately. WHY?; Sent me the wrong ABS senors ask for a rear and got a front. Ordered a battery first one turned up and had leaked every where. Ask for a new one to be sent and was sent but not on what I ordered as next delivery. Turned up 2 days later. So I am already 3 days behind on a simple job. Then the second battery turned up and once again the battery had leaked. This really upset me. I am now only using GSF if I can collect or it's last minute that I have two. Not a happy long term customer.
