Pre ordered the item for collection called the store to ensure it was ok o collect the following day as would not make the closing time for that day was told yes we hold reserved items for 5 days arrived following day to be told sorry no stock but I could buy another battery at a different price. It was a very flippant attitude towards the customer like oh well things happen. I was then told I would be able to collect it Monday as they would order 2 from Birmingham. When I arrived Monday after a bit of searching the battery was located which in total was 5 days from me placing order. Price value is exceptional customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I entered my reg on the parts search option. Found something reasonably priced so reserved for collection. Only to get there and be advised by a friendly young man that it is the wrong part for the car. Really felt let down by the reg search for this. Good job the lad new his stuff at the shop. I wont use the reg search again as it's very inaccurate. Staff at the shop were very helpful tho so 10 out of 10 for them.

Poor service levels. I asked my partner to pickup some parts that I'd reserved via click & collect. The person serving behind the counter was playing loud music on his phone, and having a conversation with a customer on the other phone which included an inappropriate comment about Michael Jackson. My partner now refuses to go pickup any other parts from GSF for me, so you've just lost a customer to your competitors 3 miles away.

After ordering parts on line I waited for a phone call to say the parts can be collected but had no phone call I had the car in bit waiting for parts I phoned the branch to find out the order has been concealed I was told the parts had to be re ordered and may cost more to say I was not happy was a under statement

Extremely slow counter service. 9 customers and only 1 person at counter. took me 27 minutes to get served.

Click and collect order not ready. Part unavailable. Still receiving emails to say haven't collected. Manager helpful and sorted alternative but only after poor customer service. Duration of visit 50 mins.

Waited 5 days for 48hr delivery not to arrive. Then random PayPal refund emails, per item, began to appear. No explanation email from GSF though. Rang them, only then to be told that the parcel was damaged in transit and had been returned to them. They did manage to transfer order to local branch after 20 mins on phone, and I then had to drive there to pick it up and pay for it all over again. Pretty poor process, overall, in my opinion.

Kept waiting while ,guy on till was chatting to his mate, at the garage about non work related stuff. Was generally unhelpful about old battery disposa( i realise you dont take them back , but no advice.) Pretty poor service really.

Click and collect was great and the staff were great but item came in a ripped open box. Once I got home I found that several parts were missing so they will be returned

Don't believe the info regarding parts as the coolant temp switches I bought stated they came with o ring seals so I bought them only to find out niether came with seals also packaging had come unsealed on arrival, so I personally thought it was pretty rubbish service really I have apparently been given a 20% refund but I still have to go out and buy o ring seals, oh well sought I will bother buying anymore of these from gsf.

Went in to the Reading branch to get a sump plug for my vehicle recently. Was told I could only have the copper washer. I pointed out that I was able to buy the whole plug from them only a few months ago. No longer available I was told. Went home and found it online, ordered it click and collect and picked it up from Reading branch! Not pleased with service.

Hi wasn't really happy as I booked collection for my parts via your website, when I arrived at your site I been told that they don't that parts so had to go to another shop to get it, however staff was professional and helpful

Tried to buy a windscreen washer pump for and A4B6, web page showed 2 but no photo or accurate information, ordered cheapest which turned out not to have the Audi-specific connection (even though diagram on web page showed the shape) but very helpful staff at Reading branch told me was "universal" and offered to get the more costly one which had a different fitting - but also not to fit A4B6 !!! In the end had to bodge connection. So - rubbish parts and description on website, but very helpful staff at Reading branch
