When collecting my items. They didn’t have all items in stock. Went back the next day to collect. Then nearly over charged me . Gmf in my experience have always had bad customer service. When Gsf had the shop in Swansea. The staff was very helpful and friendly ! Sad times when it closed

I recently needed to replace my front discs and pads on my mercedes. I opted for the Brembo brand as they included replacement bolts and hardware. After fitting the first disc pads and pad clips the discs had a intermittent grinding noise. On investigation the replacement brake clips were not the right size. The internal gap on the clip was too small and allowed the disc to contact the edges. I had to re-use the old clips. The photos show the different gaps. The old one on the left has the correct gap where as the new clip on the right is far too small. Disappointing really considering the difference in cost of the Brembo brand to the others supplied by GSF.

Your discounts and promotions online doesn’t really compete with other retailers selling the same product. Yes it looks like a good deal because of the added price you put on the items for sale, but it deceives customers buying them.

Ordered a part for delivery 3rd of June, over a week later there is no sign of my ordered part. After calling today (14/6) to find that it was damaged in transit and to my disappointment no one from the company called to inform me, I only found this out after calling to find out where my part was. Really disappointed with the service I have received!

Ordered parts online where stock was confimed,called to collect next day and parts not in stock,returned next day and collected parts. On attemting to fit parts it became apparent they were the wrong parts after using car registrationin original order . Returned parts and collected correct parts Travelled total of 60miles and lost 3hrs of my time. Not a satisfactory experience. Regards Don

Ordered online at the weekend, a driveshaft was being delivered to store on Wednesday. I couldn't get to store during the week because I work full time, went to collect on Saturday, the item was no longer reserved for me but it was still on the shelf, told me they couldn't match the web price and charged me £15 more. Very poor customer service.

Ordered full set of wiper blades for my Tiguan. Your website said you had them in stock, so I travelled from Rugby to collect. On arrival, was told the pack wasn’t on the shelf, so just had the front wipers. Not only that, but the two wipers were only £3 cheaper than the advertised full set. Rather disappointed as this was the first time I’d used GSF.

Hi... I’ve been using GSF for years now at Tottenham branch... they are amazing.... but my experience with head office online was disgusting... I called regarding an item online and I believe that the persons name was Ryan (?) ... he was very rude called me stupid and hang up on me... he even refused to put me through a manager when I asked .... very bad customer service with the online team

The guys in the stores are fantastic to deal with. Super supportive and helpful. However, online/telephone customer service is appalling. The website listed a product that was compatible with my car so I went ahead and bought it. Got home and it didn't look right, so a quick Google check tells me that this is a group of parts for a different car. Different manufacturer entirely. I wanted a clutch and flywheel for a BMW M5, however the ones sold to me were for a VW Golf. Telling customer services online was a complete waste of time. They're also oblivious to sarcasm. On the telephone, they were just as clueless. If you're 100% certain a product is compatible with your car, then great, double, triple check it when you get it. If not, go to somewhere where their systems aren't designed by three year olds.

I ordered what I thought was a set of 4 sparkplugs for my wife's 15 year old Fiat Panda. I paid approx £8.25 and received 1 plug. I thought I was buying one set of 4 plugs! I have subsequently bought a set of 4 Bosch plugs for under £8 delivered from another supplier. I am very disappointed with GSF who I thought were a good value supplier. I was obviously confused by your way of presenting the information. After talking to one of your telephone reps I have sent the one plug back for a refund.

Went to pick my part up an there was not invoice for my part but they where delivered to the shop so just had to reorder my pats an wait half hour for my new invoice to come through but I got what I wanted in the end

I always shopping in your company and will do it but I rate as 2 stars only because I visited Northampton store on 28th of May and I received the worst customer experience ever, the gentleman at the checkout start to serve other customer while serving me...i feel strange when he took order from other guy next to me in his home language and at the same time asking me for my card and then he done contactless payment with it holding in his hands,I asked about gearbox oils aswell as I couldn't find in website but he looked like he don't care and he don't want to help... Rest of CA are brilliant and really helpful apart of this guy....

Rang up before ordering online to see if a price match can be made on ad blue assistant said no but didnt give me alternative idea of ordering online for collection first Lack of customer service and poor experience

This was my first order with GSF,and probably my last,needed wiper blade,entered car reg to make sure I got the correct blade,if only My order didn't arrive so after 4 days i contacted them asking where it was,told it had been delivered signed by somebody I'd never heard of,I questioned it and was sent a copy of delivery note,this is where the fun started,it was addressed to a company in Gloucestershire,I live near tamworth I asked for an explanation and was told sometimes things go missing,told it was out for Express delivery,shame it was actually sent by 2nd class post,and after all that it didn't fit my car. So as I say I don't think I'll ever use this GSF again

The attitude of the assistant in the coventry branch was terrible. I chose the coventry branch as they had all parts in stock even though it wasn't the closest. However when i collected they were 1 part short, no apology just "we'll get it for monday" i asked if he could order for collection from the Birmingham branch, and was told "just order it yourself" .

Normally it would be 5 star as I have never had a problem with gsf and all the guys that work there are always helpful, however this time the bloke that served me I felt was very patronising. Just because I’m a women he should not assume I don’t know about cars. He called me love which he didn’t call any of the male customers then he asked me if I was going to fit the part on the car which in fact I was, he didn’t ask the three male customers in front of me if they were fixing the part on there vehicle so why ask me just because I am a women?? Other wise normally I love the help from all the people there guys there

Ordered rear suspension and accumulator spheres for my Xantia 1.9TD. Asked for guidance (gave Reg. No) as not sure what was meant by 'Height Control'. Was given part numbers to order over 'web-Chat' however accumulator sphere had wrong connection. As it was GSF's fault, would they collect wrong part they stipulated and deliver the correct one FOC? No, had to take it to local depot myself! Instant credit for wrong one when returned? No, I will have to wait for it to get back to the main internet dispatch depot. I wonder if I will ever see that credit as no receipt was offered or given! Had bad selection advice given on a speedometer sender unit a couple of years ago for same vehicle.
