Very snotty over the phone after I accidentally ordered the same items twice, still waiting on my clutch to come in stock.

I was expecting my order today but no sign of my delivery, not very happy. No update regarding my order either so don't even know when my order will be delivered.

I recently bought a clutch for a ford mondeo with next day delivery, i paid for it on monday and on thursday it still hadnt arrived, so i rang the customer number to be told my part had been recalled and would be with me friday, it arrived friday but when i drove to my workshop to fit it, i almost immediately realised it was wrong, so i rang and was told it was the correct part number, so i went to the store near my house and saw the manager , he checked the part number that had beed drawn on with permanant marker, and the 8 or so recall stickers and told me that it was the correct clutch, now i knew it wasnt and i stood my ground, thankfully he looked a little further and found a different part number on the box which was the manufacturers number to tell me it was actually a vauxhall clutch, luckily id accidentally ordered a click and collect clutch to the store myself on the monday so it was a simple fix, but this was down to me doing the work for you, ill happily buy from the store again but i will not be using online again and ill be checking part numbers myself, and id like to say thanks to the store manager for listening and helping resolve it

The branch at Heathrow are top notch. No issues. Support with online orders is diabolical. It's none existent. No response to emails. Tried to complain but emails bounce back as the email address provided is not meant to receive external emails.

the delivery didn't arrive, so i had to call. It had been returned by the courier, for reasons no one could explain, and no one informed me of. So i had to buy in store (Nottingham). Reserved the items, were informed they were in stock, but not informed that the credit card machine wasn't working so had to be cash payment., Terrible service start to finish

Unfortunatley the Huddersfield branch did not have the card payment machine working for the second time in 2 weeks. This caused me to drive 1.5 miles to the nearest working cash point to withdraw cash. Luckily the amount was low and I did not habe to visit the bank itself.

On my last visit, 3 different people were dealing with my purchase of a few everyday items. * Trying to buy a fuel can the one I was given didnt have specific hose spout. * When I told the clerks, they pulled one off a petrol can and gave that to me, dont think it will work on the diesel tank. * The oil filter i ordered could not be located, so the clerks asked to swap mann for hengst. The hengst was cheaper, but this was not reflected on the invoice. Also the invoice still listed the mann filter. How would this affect stock management?! Overall, this was a strange visit with awful advice and little concern for the business. Not the usual service, and this is a concern.

Air filter Right product number with wrong item in box given the wrong bulb H1 and oil not as per Honda recommend Oil filter was perfect. wasted time opening air filter compartment trip to pick up new filter spoke to head office and had no way of making a gesture of goodwill sent 2 bulbs also had to be home for a signature for delivery of new fan as the correct one was not in stock apart from that it was perfect. I am glad I rang head office to make sure I was ordering the right parts for the 1 that was 100%

On the 16/02/19 I completed a click and collect order, (order number above) for 5 litres of oil and an oil filter of which your stock showed in stock at your LS4 2AR branch, upon my arrival i received the oil filter but was told the oil wasn't in stock, a phone call to your LS8 branch showed oil in stock, total paid at LS4 branch and off i drive to the other branch to be given the wrong oil, the oil i was given was Comma X-Flow 4 Litre when i ordered a 5 Litre Daytona oil. After a time of complaining, asking for a refund ect your manager gave me another 4 litre oil free of charge and couldn't have been more helpful, but it has not been a very good customer experience and this is the very reason i refuse to use euro car parts any more. In brief the oil i ordered you don't stock anymore, had this been known i wouldn't have ordered through yourself's as the oil i needed was just over 4.5 litres so your oil wasn't enough. Clearly your website is outdated showing and allowing me to order something your staff seem to think is no longer available and hasn't been available for some time, and the fact it showed as in stock when there was no possibility of it being in stock. Your LS8 manager was helpful and sympathetic to my issue. And finally to top it off i had to return to the LS4 branch to change the filter as i had been given a cartridge oil filter not an oil filter. As you can imagine this is poor service and a poor customer experience.

Every time I call on the phone for parts 9 out off 10 they say they will call me back but they never do. I got that annoyed I've ended up going to euro car parts at least they call me back and serve there customers quick with good customer service

Idiots gave me wrong discs. Car was on ramp when we figured out they dont fit. Lost out on deal on discs and now have to pay for double labour. Cheers gsf

Poor service, I have had to re-order the same part 3 times and it still has not been recieved by my nearest store, they said the store which has them is not sending them out. So after waiting 20mins each time as staff answer calls and leaving store customers waiting, to be told they have not recieved the part as the other store has not sent it. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a set of brembo rear brake pads for my Citroen relay. I have opened the box in the middle of the job and there are no new break slider clips as shown in the items picture on line so I will now have to try and clean up the old ones before I can finish the job. The manufacturers name on the box was also different, I received bendix brake pads which is not so much of an issue but even the box has a picture of the clips on it.

Make sure you check the part given to you is the correct one I did not check mine wasn't until I was about to fit the brake pads three days later that I realised they had given me the front ones instead of the rear pads I had ordered and on the invoice it stated rear pads so it was their mistake.Resulting in me having to make a twelve mile round trip to exchange for the correct ones

Ordered bulbs on line, click and collect, as in stock and made use of weekend discount. Ordered, knowing I would be in the area next day to pick up Went and collected to be told Osram ones ordered not in stock and substituted Ring claiming they were more expensive. It turns out the comparison price was made against the discounted Osram order price and the un-discounted Ring price. Judging by your price list Ring is an inferior bulb. Didn't have internet access at shop to check, so when I got home to the computer and checked it was obvious a sharp practice had taken place. Considering it is 13 miles each way, the cost of chasing around and going back would be greater than the loss generated by the product switch.

Mini Rear wiper arm was too long and broke off on the first swipe. Waste of money.
