Paid for next day but took seven, I know it was bank holiday but ordered Tuesday so should have had parts at least Thursday. When they did turn up they were that badly packed that the special tools included with the clutch kit were all smashed and useless. Took an extra week to get car repaired so really not impressed.

not great this time the website should be more clear i orderd a 63 ah battery and a clutch went to collect the battery was there but was only 40 ah i was told i clicked on the wrong 1 no i didnt it said 63 ah but they sorted that for me. i had to go back to get the clutch which should of been there when i went to get the battery bear in mind all this i had put my reg number in to the website low and behold it was the wrong clutch. so yet again had to go back to get another clutch and had to find more money to be honest not the best service and wasted alot of my time website says it will fit and so and turns out its totally different. not the best service have used a few times in the past this was the worst.

Ordered a radiator, header tank and a few bits in line with discount - everything seemed ok and the items were supposed to be reserved for me to pick up the following day. Left work early and drove to Kingston to find the "reserved " radiator had been sold to someone else and a replacement was offered to be delivered to me when the replacement arrived the following day - took two days to arrive at Kingston and due to timescales had to go to Kingston again (40 mile round trip!) - all items were ok, price was ok - but caused me to have to work on the bank weekend due to delay 😠

Ordered some brake pads online. Accepted the offer of free delivery. Site stated "dispatched today" I phoned after ordering them and was told that dispatched today didn't mean I would received them same day. It would probably be next day. Pads didn't arrive. Phoned and was told there had been a "problem" and delivery would be made the next day between 9am and 5pm, two days after ordering. I asked them could I go and collect but told they were coming from Birmingham and had already left the warehouse. Not a great service and no contact from GSF to tell me there was a delivery issue. Not very impressed. I should have gone to the store and collected them instead.

I ordered a full set of front brakes for my car and had to pick them up after work in Andover. I got their ten minutes before closing by which I did apologise to the chap behind the counter but I do work away from home. The manger was very rude and unprofessional as he clearly started making rude remarks about wanting to close and also had switched the front desk computers off which ment the chap that served me had to do it on another computer in the office. Unprofessional remarks and huffing and puffing is not an acceptable way to treat customers

Good value with a discount code for the part needed. The depot was not busy and had no one before me but I still waited over 10 mins before getting served which was a bit of a pain. So the rating is for the service

first part picked wrong' second part checked in store before leaving picked wrong again' third attempt checked and the right part. 48 miles traveling' extra time out of my working day not happy

The purchases are OK but the service was bad on this occassion. Received order acknowledgement re-mail but did not receive a dispatch e-mail. Had to chase my order after 3 working days (5days from order) BUT there was no contact telephone information on the acknowledgement e-mail. I had to ring my local store to obtain the on-line ordering telephone no. When I got through I was eventually told that I would receive my goods the following day and also received an e-mail to that effect. Goods did arrive the following day but when I complained to the customer services team was told 'per my records the goods were delivered and signed for this morning'. Although that was true I would at least have thought that an apology for the delay would have been in order. In my telephone call I was told that the goods had been damaged and returned and had to be re-dispatched BUT had that have been the case I would have received an initial 'goods dispatched' e-mail, therefore, I can only assume that the order had been overlooked but the customer services operative could not admit that error!! Not very good customer services. I would point out, however, that I have always had very good service from staff at my local store.

Your online service is quite terrible as I received the wrong parts for the reg number enterered and the guy on the phone basically told me it was my fault. The in branch guy at smethwick redeemed the situation by returning the goods and reselling me what I needed with the same discount

The service was good I was served by nick I did not accept my first order as the box and item looked old .I stopped using your company ad a dissabled customer the dissabled space is always taken up by your Van's the first time I came I parked in the dissabled space but was blocked in by staff Van's the second time I came the dissabledspace was taken by your Van's .I had trouble with rude staff on another occasion and was assured by the manager staff would not park there any more for this reason I feel I cant use your company any more

Purchased gsf premium brake pads displaying on the website ,the website was misleading as the brake pads came with clips and two bolts ,when at the trade counter was told the clips and bolts were extra and not in the price on the website as shown .When I asked the staff they said they could not explain why this was . So from this experience I found your website a bit of a con and wrong . Disappointed .

Ordered on a Thursday told it would be with me by Saturday didnt arrive until Wednesday, could have picked it up on Saturday, dont know if I will ever use delivery service again, although the correct parts were sent, so dont trust the agent in being able to give proper delivery details seems they have no clue.

I bought a alternator for my vehicle, I was told by GSF staff it would be start and stop when fitted and tested it was not. Now it has been fitted and the Machnic suggested I leave it otherwise if I would take it out I will be charged more labour.

ABS sensors didnt work so disappointed with that had to return them But brake discs good price and deal.

My recent visit was not the best experience as I had reserved on line some parts and a 5ltr can of Mobil 1 ESP. The staff were very good but were unable to locate the oil. It showed on the system and my reservation but no stock could be found. My complements to the counter staff for apologising and offering alternatives etc. But on this day it had to be that specific product. Inconvenient yes but I had not traveled for or lost much time over it.

I ordered a battery,which came promptly but had been turned over at some point causing acid to spill into the plastic packaging.I messaged customer services,they said clean it and it would be OK.I said it was not good enough and wanted a new one,they said OK one would be dispatched that day.4 days later no battery,more messages,nothing so I foned and after 9 days I went and picked 1 up,I COULD HAVE DONE THAT FIRST IF I HAD A CAR.

The store assistant wasn't meticulous enough and missed the quantity of items in my order. It was not nice experience having to drive back into store to challenge this. He subsequently mentioned they only had just one quantity left in store. This clearly tells me he might have deliberately done this since there was no stock left.
