The ordering process and discount offers are excellent. The Bosch S4 battery I ordered was delivered within the time stated. Only disappointment with the order was that the battery was dusty/dirty when delivered. Something I did not expect.

Apart from the computer glitches all went through nicely, it is just a shame you can't cancel an order when you make a mistake, the only way was to put another order on, but one item was then out of stock & it took some computer dexterity of the lady on the counter for me to get what I actually needed.

Brought some valeo front wiper blades,via click and collect.While adding the items to my basket I was prompted to use a discount voucher code,reducing the final price of my items,a unexpected bonus and very much appreciated.I usually use GSF instead of its main competitor as I can walk in store,collect my items without the need to bring a packed lunch and a thermos flask.

GSF parts are only worth buying when they have applied one of their money-off offers. Otherwise they are far more expensive than any of their competitors. If they came in line with other suppliers prices and terms I would use them more often. They are worth looking at when searching for parts as 1 time out of 10 they may prove to be the cheaper option.

I reserved 3 spark plugs of a spedific type via GSF web page but was given different spark plug when picking up the reserved goods. A second trip to GSF was required to exchange them for the right ones. The spark plugs are good but it would have been better to get the right ones the first time round.

Great price & products as usual. Service was very slow on the day, only one person serving with customers queuing out of the door yet plenty of staff laughing & chatting in the office next door. It was the first day back after x-mas I suppose but not really an excuse. Never had this before so hopefully a one off.

Confusing mail order system. I ordered parts and went to collect them at my nearest store only to be told they had bee on the Mail Order system and that was different to the Collect in Store system. They should have just one system and you should tick mail order or collect in store.

Hi, I am sorry to hear the system confused you. Our system should allow you to add all the parts to your basket, once you reach the checkout stage it will show two options, one for Home Delivery and one for Click and Collect. I can see you opted for the Collection and the order was invoiced in store. As long as you can give the store your order reference on arrival there should never be an issue collecting reserved goods. parts were well packed and arrived promptly. replacement windscreen wipers were ordered, 16inch items sent, listed as std replacement. However the existing and original size are 20inch, so the swept area is considerably smaller, we will see what the MOT examiner says!

Dealt with GSF several times in the past and good service that is reasonably local to me. Competitive prices and knowledgeable staff. This time had delivery which was expensive, got the wrong part. Excellent service on the phone and a prompt pick up. Still waiting for a refund several days later.

Although delivery was very quick, product did not fit. Order was for a 1989 Golf GTi MK2 indicator holder, the connector was not the same and could not be fitted.

The items that I online ordered from the Bradford store were of good quality, collection service was efficient. My annoying problems came a few days after I had collected my order when I received an e-mail from GSF Car Parts informing me that I had not collected my order. I had a second order, this I cancelled by e-mail to the Bradford store the day after ordering. The order / cancellation data system used by GSF Car Parts needs an overhaul, that way the reminder annoying e-mails could be avoided.

Ordered on line to pick up, arrived to find out of stock on an item I really needed. Questioned the pair of windscreen wipers I was given and was told they were correct for my car, back home to fit and wrong ones. The web site is wrong it seems. Not happy on this occasion.

Ordered online and went to collect discount 33% weekend was applied , but asked in shop to add some wiper blades I forgot but would not give discount on those ! Went to Main dealer for them !

Surprised on not receiving my discount because I collected my products from Nottingham instead of Derby Even though I rang the Derby branch Not getting the 33% discount made the products more expensive than ordering from halfords I am surprised on the outcome of this purchase so buyer beware

Hi, All discount codes are valid for purchase made on the website. The orders can not be transferred between branches. The discount code overrides the prices that the store can offer walk-in customers. For future reference if you need to collect your goods from another store, place a new click and collect order with the code at the chosen branch. You can then cancel the old order. If it wasn't for the order picker not reading the order correctly & therefore missing a few items from my order, the rating would be higher. Especially as the order was not then checked... Pricing & dispatch time were spot on. The 'short order' issue was resolved quickly without fuss & the missing items followed a couple of days later...

They were just ok...nothing special. In fact one of them had oil on it so I'm assuming that they are not new Also...whats with the removal of the printed numbers scrapped off....Something to hide maybe? A bit cheap and nasty if you ask me.

When discount was put in it was not accepted it started with 35 percent next it was 25 percent and when I tried click and collect it was 20 percent which none were accepted I had to pick it up at local GFS at Full price
