Oil still not arrived here despite promise for Saturday. Deliveries normally much quicker than this.....suspect Parcelforce to blame, not GSF.

Store closed on Sunday ,possibly the only day some people have off during the week... Not good practice in today's market

Put my car details in online (Reg No) and was offered two size options for the discs and pads I required so rang the mail order line as indicated. Not a good experience and spoken down to despite trying to explain what I needed - ended up popping a wheel off to measure for myself. Ordered the necessary via click and collect and didn't put the discount coded in and there didn't appear to be any way of changing the order once placed. Went to collect and explained what happened and asked if the discount could be applied but they were not helpful either. Product was good but overall the service was disappointing ...

After picking the part up I took it home to fit to relise the part was faulty so went back in to change ended up having to buy another part which the wrong size was given did not relise till I got home so went back in to exchange it for the right size and took the faulty one for reference was served by a different person who refunded my money for the first on and replaced the wrong size one will use gfs again as things were rectified but having to travel in and back 3 times i will inspect my purchess first good staff though they were polite and helpful

Thanks for the part/discount. Rated normal as face to face encounters with your staff can be a little hit and miss. Could really do better on the staff choices,only there because it pays the bills mentality.

I live in Glasgow, ordered some parts on line was told to pick parts up in Belfast, arranged to pick the parts up in Glasgow, did indeed get the parts I needed st a good price but now keep getting emails saying I didn't pick up my order

QUICK AND EASY ON-LINE ORDERING /COLLECTION, JUST A SHAME THE STORE i COLLECTED FROM HAD UNFRIENDLY STAFF WITHOUT A SMILE TO GREET YOU. NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

This review has 2 parts. 1 online shop, after putting in my Reg No and confirming vehicle details, I assumed that the parts shown would be correct! Incorrect part ordered. I then phoned GSF and the nice chap sorted it all out for me. However, he said the part I wanted was not listed online but was available to buy from GSF and in stock at my local store. The part he had advised me on was still the wrong part. 2 GSF store (Swindon) I took my part to the store to return it and collect new part. The staff were more than helpful and sorted the whole thing. The part I wanted was in stock as well. Many thanks to the staff at GSF Swindon.

The replacement 'paper' air filter for my series 3 land rover does not fit. Probably explains why no one else sells them.

I cannot book items online for collection that are not in stock eg for a later date when in stock so I had my items delivered but they were not well wrapped and were damaged in transit

Part supplied was incorrect as box had been restickered with wrong part number requiring a visit back the the store for a replacement. This cost me about an hour. Staff at the store switched out with no fuss but weren't particularly apologetic either. On the plus side it was relatively cheap.

e-mailed to cancel a duplicate order for brake pads but got no response. However their order dept despatched goods straight away. In fairness when I phoned them, they offered to give a refund when parts returned and to pay postage if they were at fault.

Wrong lamp arrived sending replacement so happy with that but it was three days ago

The parts were not actually as described and didn't fit. We managed to make do with a combination of the original pressure plate and new clutch plate. If we had more time I would have brought it back but it was needed for an event.

When discount was put in it was not accepted it started with 35 percent next it was 25 percent and when I tried click and collect it was 20 percent which none were accepted I had to pick it up at local GFS at Full price

There was a discount applied to the order from the 13th and have checked the part number you ordered on the 16th and can confirm that the discount code for 20% and 25% both worked and applied the correct discount so can only apologize that something went wrong on the day. Staff over the counter was extremely rude and is making me to think 100 times to consider to go to your store ever again. However, shoping over the website experience was pleasant. But it was all over when i faced your staff.
