Unfortunately, despite placing my registration into the system and it recognising which car I own, and there only being one option the part is not for my car. So now I have to go back to the store for a refund.

2 parcels of service parts - very good deal financially with the 41% discount : BUT packaging on one item : the Pollen Filter, came separate - 1st arrived broken , in 3 places - no quibble they replaced it . 2nd arrived with the same wrapping - so - guess what - that was broken on arrival & not accepted , but returned . Obviously broken by the Carriers rough handling - Parcel Force - not the first time these ruffians have broken stuff delivered here - its the tumbler sorting machine- so they say - - well don't use it or mark stuff FRAGILE

Had an email to tell me my order was ready for collection when they were closed on Easter Monday then when I went to collect my order on Tuesday items were missing and not in stock until the next day so had to make another trip to GSF

Nothing wrong with the mechanism at all, does exactly as it should. Purchased on a 43% off offer. The reason for the poor feedback was the conflicting information between GSF online and my store collection point. I.e being told that the item was ready for collection online and getting to the store to collect during opening hours and finding it very shut! Phone the store the next day to now try to now arrange a delivery as I couldn't collect during their opening hours. (the order would only be held for a day) and get told the only way to now do that is to cancel the item and re order, which would do away with my 43% discount code. Needless to say I had to take time from work to keep the offer (let's face it who'd turn down 43% off) and go and collect at GSF convenience to get my discount. I'm not being a cheapskate but it was made far harder than an online order ever should be.

Easy ordering and great price, ruined by the guys at the Coventry depot. Nearly twenty minutes to get served, I nearly walked out. Ended up having nine other customers behind me and then after I was served I couldn't get out of the car park, due to the amount of customers waiting. People on the front desks were more bothered about answering the phones and mobiles rather than the people waiting to be served. Never again

Hi, I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience at GSF Coventry, this is not the normal manner in which GSF operate. I was very disappointed by your customer service as price quoted was NOT what I paid as I paid a lot more. I was hounded by emails asking why I had not collect the item on Monday as was stated as I couldn't as it was a bank holiday Monday and the store was closed. I won't be coming back in the future for anything for my car

HOPELESS and please stop emailing me that I have an order to collect! Also remove me from your database, after my appalling experience with you I will never be using you again. Ordered parts after entering my vehicle details, drove all the way from Alcester to Leamington only to be offered the wrong size brake nipples, THEN get told “yeah it happens a lot, sorry”. The Order even has my car details on! Yet the part was an M6 thread not M8, but the worse was you staffs could not care less, it’s not my fault attitude. Gary Shaw

Part doesn't fit a 2002 Audi despite the website saying it would. It even says in the box that it's designed for Audi's up to 1999. I now have waste time swapping it for something that does fit, at extra cost no doubt.

Ordered a part, have received confirmation that they have my money, and that I placed my order, but have not received anything in regards to a tracking number. I have requested this multiple times with no return emails.

Hi, There will be no tracking number for your purchase, you did not choose a tracked shipping method at the checkout. If you have replied to the order email, it is a 'no reply' email address so is not monitored. Thanks Matt - GSF

postage very good, service very good, but wrong part. iv been into your Ipswich depot (sproughton road) to exchange but have been told because my car is 4wd you don't do a replacement driveshaft. could you please forward a copy of my original invoice so that the drive shaft can be posted back to Birmingham and I can get a refund.

Having ordered a "set" of valve stem seals. only receiving one in the post was a shock. I had to e-mail and ask for the rest to be sent causing a 3 day delay

After receiving an email from yourselves saying 40% discount off everything I ordered 2 rear drop links for my car that I knew it needed to pass it's MOT. When the package arrived there was only 1 drop link supplied. This forced me to go to my local motor factors and get one through him as i did not have the time to wait for another one to come through the post. He supplied the exact same make as yourselves same part number and his price was the same as you would have charged for one drop link. In reality there was no 40% discount from you and and didn't get the order right either!

The original order was processed and delivered quickly but unfortunately the wrong part was supplied. When part was returned to local store (Torquay) for refund,counter staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. They seem to be aimed more at trade customers rather than "ordinary" people. Still awaiting refund nearly two weeks later - shoddy.

The salesman was so busy talking to another person who he obviously knew, that when he gave me my goods and then my receipt, he never looked at me and didn't even say thank you. I have had four businesses of my own and never treated a customer in that way. I will never return to gsf.

My first order with GSF for many years and drawn in by the 41% off. Choose to collect from L/pool as I had an appointment locally. Ordered a double pack of 19inch wiper blades, only got one! Ordered two bulbs, 1 was a dud! Ordered two 14 inch wipers and ended up with 1, 14ins with arm fittings and a 7inch without any arm parts, i should if checked but they were in a sealed blue bag unexplainable! Approximately 30 mile round trip so not worth taking back! Looks like I,'ll be back to my local parts supplier. On a postive note the staff were very friendly which gave false confidence that the order was correct. Such friendliness caught me off guard. Lesson learned.

I wanted to order the part by click and collect. It was out of stock that day in Swindon, but would have been happy to collect the next day at that branch. I could not figure out how to do this on your website (If it is actually possible) so ordered it by second class post instead. That's why I have given you a poor rating. The part did arrive later that week of course.
