Wrong Ball joint sent despite registration number being used. Previously an order from GSF took 2 weeks to reach me. I wouldn't recommend GSF.

Arrived at Click n Collect counter at Forest Hill Branch, only to be ignored for some 10 minutes. The gentleman supposedly manning Click n Collect was quite rude when other staff members alerted him I was waiting. The product bought was extremely good value for money.

I had ordered a number of parts by error; upon telephoning the branch to let them know, I was assured that the order would be cancelled. I resubmitted the correct order and went to branch to collect it. I was then handed the previous incorrect order. Numerous minutes of tapping away at the computer trying to find the correct order ensued. In the end we managed to get it sorted. I then received a call on the following Tuesday to say that my order had arrived in branch for collection. To summarise, communication failed at the branch which meant no end of extra waiting time sorting out my order.

The website provided two products described as standard and premium for the vehicle, but did not differentiate between these. Ordered standard item which was promptly delivered, but subsequently found to have only six pins, not seven required. Turns out that I needed the "premium" item which was "standard" for the vehicle in question. Disappointed; must now return the incorrectly identified item. Suggest that there needs to be better identification of variations for same model year items and perhaps a cautionary note to count pins!

Thank you for your review. Both Standard and Premium versions of the coil pack you ordered have a six pin electrical connector. The difference between the two parts is the supplier they are sourced from. Premium comes from an OE quality manufacturer such as Bosch or Bremi, Standard is our own brand. If you requires a coil pack with a different number of electrical pin connections, you will require a different part number. I required premium vented discs and pads for an A class W169 Avantgarde Your online description was okay for the discs and named the brand as Jurid. However there was no brand name for the premium pads so I had no idea of the make or quality. I telephoned your main office and spoke to a man who said he would look out for my online order and ensure both items were Jurid. So I placed an online order #100244281 (placed on 22 April 2016 14:26:25 BST) 5 days later when nothing arrived or any communication received from GSF, I signed in to my GSF a/c to find out where my order was - there was no record against my account! I then started an online chat and was told my order was not fulfilled because Jurid pads were not available to you. So rather than make contact with me and offer an alternative, you did nothing!! Leaving me concerned that my order was lost or sent elsewhere and the repair job well behind schedule! The outcome of the chat session - I settled for alternative pads - all items arrived next day. Is this good customer service?

Picked a battery out on line that stated it was for my vehicle, drove 40 miles to pick it up, battery was to big, lady checked it on line, and i picked the correct one as stated, but was 2" to long. She tried to find another one, but not with the amp output that was advertised on your website for my particular car. wasted journey and time. not again!

Ordered a part online at a discounted price. Went to collect and it was completely wrong. It would take another 3 days to get another and I would have to pay more for the privilege.

Hi, If the item they have is not correct to the vehicle due to a variation in chassis number etc, a special order item may cost a little extra as it will be a different part. One of spark plugs I received in the bag of parts I ordered had already been opened and therefore I do not know if it has been damaged

Went to the branch in glasgow, got told the wrong part no, ordered the wrong part on line, it took 7 days from order to my door when it was supposed to be 2-3 days only to find out it was the wrong part. Got told on the phone to drop it into my local branch-17 miles away

Came in to pick up a part and it dint fit my car, even though I had typed my reg into the website, then I got the correct part. staff were miserable and didn't even say hello when I said hello to them! Please improve customer interaction. Also wait time was longer than it should have been

disappointed in when trying to order for delivery it put me down for collection , i obviously wanted a pair but it booked me down for 1 now when i tried to ring the liverpool branch about the order i wasnt inpresseed with the operative who couldn't care less to worry about your order, the fact id took time to contact them to state i wasn't collecting the order of (1) disk , it was his manner and no respect for the company that i have used for many many years by your branch @ Accrington. its disappointing that i may have not done it correctly but the fact i tried to sort it out with one of your brach operatives who couldnt give me any time of his day to talk , take the order no. and explain , only words i got was contact the head office in birmingham great customer satisfaction ... thank you

I have serious concerns that the parts supplied are not to the original specification. The ride quality since fitting the new shockabsorbers has deteriorated dramatically. No other parts were changed when the shockabsorbers were fitted so the shockabsorbers are solely responsible.

I ordered a simple earth lead for my Renault Clio, what I received was too short, too thin and consequently rubs against the chassis member. The part was clearly marked as a VAG part but was clearly listed on the website as the correct one for my vehicle. order no 300054115

Honestly wont purchase there again. Health and safety appears to be rife. It could be seen that many of the staff were willing to place themselves in danger , exiting through into the warehouse without donning a high visibility vest or steel toe boots? This is very unusually as all drivers appeared to wear them , but the internal office appeared not to require them? ..... The part i purchased appeared to have a number scratched out on the side of the sensor , and came loose without a plastic bag?! I questioned whether this part i had purchased was actually new?! The person who served me appeared to have a peronality disorder and was more concerned about breathing his lunch he had that day all over me! I also found that many other customers were prioritised ahead of my self..... i can honestly say the place appears to be a hazard trap waiting to happen , with health and safety policies clearly not being followed. GSF really should follow this up , as i believe this is an unacceptable working environmement. As for my part that didnt work , i will not be using GSF again. Kind regards

Regards to the part, please include your vehicle registration within the email so I can check those, you are welcome to return the item for a refund. Numbers sometimes have to be removed or Logo's as we often buy parts from OE suppliers who make them for the vehicle manufacturer, unfortunately we are unable to sell them with the logo on, hence why the supplier will remove the logo or part-no for us. Reserved an item on Saturday, but GSF are not open sundays at all. So i got my alternator from another retailer who were open Sunday.

I went in store to collect the items however i was served by someone who was very direct and didn't even make eye contact. When he gave the receipt he simply placed it in front of me and didn't say a word. Poor customer experience.
