After waiting for 10 minutes the assistant could not find the part that I had ordered they asked if I could come back at 4pm which I couldn't so they offered to deliver at about 4pm the same day after waiting in I got a phone call at 5.15 saying that the part would not be delivered, they then offered delivery the next day which did take place .

Website said ready to use but when product arrived said concentrate. Emailed but got no reply so phoned and the customer service rep was dismissive and told me it was ready to use simply to dilute it to use.

Hi, The item purchased is ready to use, as per the instructions on the bottle. You can use the item as a concentrate OR dilute it if you require a lesser mix, this all depends on personal preference and in what conditions the item is being used. We use this item in our GSF Fleet as a neat item with no issues at all. Please refer to the instructions on the bottle for further information. Thanks Matt - GSF

Ordered two clear side indicator lenses, got them home to find that one was missing a metal retaining clip. Took it back and was given, what looked to be a used one. This didn't match the other one I had fitted (very dull). Took this one back and now have two lenses that are the same and with all the bits.

Bought a GSF starter motor 2yrs10mths ago and it failed this week requiring breakdown recovery. Upon speaking with GSF no one appeared to give the same answer regarding number of years warranty. 1yr? 2yr? When mentionning my starter had failed after just 2yrs10mths, their comment was "thats alright for a starter'. Quite frankly no its not. The original starter lasted 11 years and a professional opinion of "thats alright for a starter' is not welcome when the person clearly has no idea of what they are talking about or not having to pay their garage mechanic £xxx amount every 2 years to replace theirs. Fortunately i am able to work on my own vehicle and do the work but for 'joe public' this is a brush off by staff that ignores the problem of a dudd stock item and unsympathetic staff. Very disappointed.

Click and collect online order. Initially was presented with incorrect parts. (2x drop links, as opposed to 2x ARB bushes ordered) Picker had picked the wrong item, service counter staff very good about getting them changed for the right parts. Presented with two black rubber bushes in a sandwich bag. Having inspected the bushes at home (silly me should have done it on the spot), I can now see I've been given two bushes, both of totally different designs. Again not what was ordered. Going back again defeats the purpose of the click and collect service.

I reserved some gasket sealer online, using my discount code, for the price of £57. When I went to collect, the off the shelf price was £40. I pointed out that this made my discount completely worthless and got no explanation. I feel like I was taken for a bit of a mug.

I ordered online, went to collect the goods (inc air filter). Came home, went to fit the air filter but it was the wrong one. Phoned Farnham GSF - they'd accidentally given me the wrong part (my order was correct - they gave me a similar coded filter) - Had to go back the next day to swap over and collect the correct part. Otherwise, good service/value for money.

Only gave it a "Poor" rating because the Click and Collect didn't work out very well; this was because I got the email to tell me the stuff was all ready to collect but the guys at Wolverhampton GSF didn't know anything about it when I got there! They sorted most of it out on the spot though, and I went back to get the spark plugs even though they offered to post them out. So they were great and it was no real problem. However, it could've been a problem if I needed the parts urgently or I was miles away from their store. But again, this was NOT the problem of Wolves GSF, it was a problem with the Click and Collect service.

Ordered oil and an oil filter - both packaged together, and with the oil weighing 4.5kg made it completely break the filter. This should either have been packaged better or separate. Had to go back to store for a replacement.

I purchased 2 Track rod ends for my L/R Discovery 3 , the website had the wrong part numbers for the Chassis number so got the wrong ones, returned the parts to be given a lot lower cost Item and charged the the same money , Ended up with Febi rather than the TRW item I wanted, the online discount wasn't put to the replacement part , I feel ripped off, the sales person couldn't care less , I have used GSF Bradford for 25 years, not any more!!!

Ordered a pair of shock absorbers, big box came a few days later only 1 shock absorber in it! Had to phone and get another sent out. Luckily that came next day.

Terrible customer service each time I click and collect. Items are never selected prior to arrival regardless of time frame between order and collection. Staff are rude and have no sense of urgency to deal with customers. It's as if you're invisible. I only use them because of convenience (only reasonably priced auto factors near me).

I had paid for next day delivery & received the car mats today 07-03-2016 it has taken 8 days to deliver not good. ????

Having used GSF on many occasions and been highly satisfied, on this occasion they really wound me up. I ordered an oil filter on-line to be collected in the Lincoln branch, despite the fact the filter was cheaper at Euro-Parts even after the GSF25% I didn't fancy travelling the extra 4 miles to save 50p. The on-line order firstly for some reason wanted me to go to Nottingham, so scratch that and start again, the second attempt at Lincoln then didn't apply the 25% discount being offered, the third attempt finally placed the order at Lincoln with the discount. 40 minutes later I arrived to collect, yep you guessed it the order at the none discount price was waiting, I politely explained the situation to the assistant who looked really miffed and disappeared for an eternity to find out what had happened to the discounted order, he popped his head around the corner and asked "did you want the discount" - "yes" I replied - "did you enter the discount code" - "YES" I replied. 30 frustrating minutes later I walked out with a filter, maybe the extra 4 miles to Euro-parts won't seem so far next time and I won't have to use a pathetic discount code to buy it at the real price.

The last two orders I have placed with yourself had caused me nothing but problems firstly I ordered a complete clutch kit that failed after two weeks bought another at my own expense as your staff didn't want to know, the second I ordered a sump for my car and you sent the wrong one and the delivery took longer than expected so overall I'm unimpressed but on the other hand the prices where ok due to various discount codes

Well, decided to buy a couple of VW freewheels for the alternator & aircon on my T5 as the picture on the GSF website actually showed a VW original part. I didn't think it would be the VW OE one but I wasn't expecting the really poor copy that I drove to the Watford branch to pick up. The Watford staff were really good - when I expressed doubt they immediately responded with 'No problem, just leave them here' What would be much more useful is for GSF to specify WHICH supplier they are using for the aftermarket parts then you can make a better buying decision.

Delivery is excellent but prices are too expensive when compared to eurocarparts & carparts4less websites. Only order as the 42% one day only voucher was offered, otherwise wudnt have ordered! They need to work on offers which are longer term!
