Hi, Thank you for your review, Order 300063278 was placed on Saturday and invoiced/shipped on the Monday, our system states delivery was made on the 9th. Ordered the part (belt) on line using discount code only to get to shop to be told that it was out of stock so was given the alternative that was more expensive (even though on line it was cheaper!) It was the wrong belt 15mm too short. Phoned up next day to check if the right part was in stock to be told yes we have 3 in stock... went to shop "non in stock, system says 3 but they are not there" So I had to have a refund , much wasted time. This is not the first time this kind of thing happens here!

ordered a cabin filter online which was listed as carbon activated on the website. when it arrived it was a standard one. customer services said it was a listing error. had to drive 5miles to return filter. still waiting for a refund.

Staff very helpful but the starter motor I bought was faulty and had to be changed the next day, and this was to replace one bought from GSF only 14 months before, 2 months out of warranty.

Ordered 2 ball joints to be collected at Huddersfield. This is a round trip of 22 miles. Picked up and found 2 different makes contrary to the website advert. The other brand did not have the special shouldered bolts needed to fit the joints. Car had been on ramps for 3 days and customer not happy. Had to re use 2 old bolts which was very poor workmanship. Staff offered to get another for lunchtime but another 22 mile trip was not viable. Emailed you with a complaint and your caller is currently arranging to get another posted out to me so I can use the new bolts which are not available at bolt suppliers. This means a partial strip of the front hub again and for which i will not be paid. I would only use you as a last resort in future.

When I arrived at the store I discovered that what was being sold as new had clearly being used and was quite badly damaged. The store dealt with it very well and got a new one shipped within a few hours, but it was an extra trip I didn't need. Clearly there is some sort of quality control problem if GSF can ship product which can be identified as damaged within seconds of reciept. The only reason my experiance hasn't been rated as very poor is due to how well the staff in the store dealt with the situation.

I bought oil & filters in response to 25%-off filters mainsheet; when I got to the checkout it was better to take the 20% off everything, which I did. The following day, the offer was 43% off everything, so I am fairly unhappy with GSF.

The part I ordered turned out to be wrong and not compatible even theough I had provided my registration. It had to be bought again somehere else. This has happenined to me twice now following online ordering!

Website process was very good, taking very little time to reserve the parts I required. However, the collecting and paying element took much longer than expected. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes without anyone coming out from the back office to check on me (one customer being dealt with in front of me) and no apology for the delay when finally seen to.

I ordered a battery on the 14th May which was delivered on m the 18th Unfortunately it was delivered with a leak so it was taken back. I phoned GSF on three occasions and as was told somebody had lost the battery and as of the 20 the I am still waiting .

Hi Ralph, We have spoken to the contract manager from our courier and they have promised to call you today to discuss your delivery. In the meantime we have issued a 20% credit on the order for the inconvenience caused. The delays caused by our courier are unacceptable and are be dealt with appropriately. Thanks GSF Car Parts

The wrong item listed on website and i trusted that without knowing what the part was supposed to look like, the correct item was not available. Although the customer service was great and the return accepted i expected to be able to put my registration number in and the correct parts to come up, this now makes me doubt the system for future orders.

Total crap online system not working properly. Had to go to harow for parts because didnt showed heathrow. And there didnt had parts also, had to rush to heathrow to get parts. Harow staf inprofesional at all.

Hello and thank you for your comments. We are sorry you experienced problems with your order. We are confused why you went to Heathrow when your click and collect reservation was placed at our Harrow Road branch. This will be why the sales staff at Heathrow would know nothing of your order. The email confirmation states which branch your reservation is held at. Your order does appear to have been converted by the Harrow branch however so we hope you have received your parts eventually.

I have tried three times to use the website to make orders. The website is a disaster. Buttons don't appear, store finder fails, basket does not update. Cannot place orders! I am offered discounts which I cannot access! Please fix! I have tried different browsers with no effect. Is your site compatible with windows 10. It also fails with an android phone. However the staff at Leamington Spa are great.

Placed a collection order for next day but staff said they don't have item in stock. However, it was showing "reserved" in my booking.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Bradford branch are showing active stock of both items ordered, this means the computer will allow you to reserve them. I can only presume there has been a stock error in the branch which hasn't been amended, I will refer this back to the branch. Price good but the Battery I ordered online using my car Reg wasn't correct. I asked the assistant to check once collected and he did. It was wrong and cost me half a day in messing about. You did supply me with the battery but is was not on your system. My Car is a Alfa 159 2012 plate.

The parts (headlights) arrived very quickly but when compared against the ones already fitted, the pattern on the lens was completely wrong and was only comparable with the other side. There was also no "E" number on the item at all which made them illegal to fit and use on the road. I contacted the customer service team and was told that they only sell UK parts and not to worry about the lack of any EU certification as they had sold hundreds of them without any issues. I was also told that I I was not happy, I could easily return the items at my own cost.

Hi, Thank you for your review, our product management team are investigating this as the stock we hold is mixed. Some items carry the E Number for the later model and we have some that are not stamped, these are for the older model not requiring the E Approval mark. Usually (65%) of items chosen via automatic plate and model recognition system are wrong.In the counter they can replace it, but you need to pay full amount...

I purchased some bulbs after receiving discount code online. Partly my fault but thought it was for twin sets but turned out to be single bulbs. This made them expensive even with discount, and GSF should make it more clear its sold singly as most sell as twin sets. I returned them for a refund through the local branch and had to chase for refund when GSF said they never received it. Customer service adviser was helpful and I got my refund after 5 days. Im not sure if i'll use GSF again.

I reserved an item to be collected in store. The website states that the store closes at 16:00.It actually closes at 14:00. Had I known that I would have arrived 20 mins earlier and collected my purchase. It's a really basic error which shouldn't happen.
