Hi James, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you were unhappy with the dispatch timeframe however this was clearly outlined on our website, and your products were dispatched within the written timeframe of 7-12 business days. We promise we are trying as hard as we can to ensure we meet the demands however unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions there isn't much we can do about that delay at this point in time. Regarding the weight plates, we can assure you it has nothing to do with products being left in the sun. The grease you noticed is a protective coating placed on all weight plates to ensure they don't erode or become damaged in the shipping process. It is a very standard practice in the fitness equipment industry. If there is anything we can do to assist you further with this please let us know! Gym Direct

“Equipment did not come with instructions. Had a quality issue and still no response from warranty team. Ok product, would buy from a different supplier next time due to lack of customer service.”

“I love using Gym Direct. Order was efficient. Pick up had to change to courier and nothing was an issue. They contacted me - I didn’t have to chase. Value per kg for free weights is spot on. Will use again and again. I appreciate that even when crazy busy they were on top of my order.”

“There was quite a confusion on my part due to the new lockdown restrictions, however, Gym Directs communication was top-notch! Their response was automatic and reassured me about when I should be expecting my packages. They all arrived fast despite Sydney's current restrictions and all perfect. “Ordered July 2. Arrived July 16. Poor communication via email but staff were sympathetic over the phone and managed to get it out. - Please improve communication and check order numbers before responding with boilerplate text. It comes of as lazy and passive aggressive towards customers who are desperate to exercise. Zyzz would not approve of this.”
