“Great products, prices and service- made an order online and it was ready to collect within one working day. The staff at the warehouse in Taren Point were super friendly and even loaded the boxes in my car, great experience and looking forward to ordering more equipment for the home gym set up soon. “Shipping is absolutely ridiculous. I placed a very large order from another company in Victoria for heavy duty equipment. It was here in 11 days. Their shipping was free, which I might add. Not even a single update as to where my 2 bars are from you guys. It's been 13 days, and still doesn't even appear to be in transit. And now I get a email asking for a product review? This is just laughable at this point. I cannot possibly recommend this company to anyone.”
