“I am still waiting on 3 pairs of dumbbells which I ordered at the end of March. I ordered these as a set with a number of other dumbbells but 3 pairs were left out. I know Covid-19 has caused delays, but this is beyond acceptable. To make matters worse, I have followed up every month and am constantly told that they are on their way and are expected in a month. After 5 months of being told the same story and receiving no dumbbells, I have to say I am very disappointed. Honestly is always the best policy. I couldn't even cancel the items because they are a part of a set. I just can't believe I didn't receive the full set because somehow 3 pairs were allocated to someone else. I should have received all of the dumbbells together. Furthermore, I am never updated on the status of my order, it's always me having to chase it up.”
