“Took heaps longer than said and only shipped when I complained”

“Products were great,waiting period very reasonable under current circumstances. The olympic bar is high quality,the machied weight plates good value for money except for the diameter of one of the 25 kg weight plate center was too narrow( a couple mm short of 50mm) Does not fit on any olympic bar.I had to buy a hole saw cutter and re bore the center, a bit diffocult to do when you dont have a pedastle drill. Simon”

“I never received my order Gym Directs courier delivered my order to a totally different address. I have bought 100k equipment for my new gym this year using the same address and all orders were delivered exception for Gym direct. Gym direct never reimbursed my order my experience was like ordering from a Chinese rogue company. Very stressful and humiliating how there customer service presented themselves when l enquire of my undelivered order.”

“Gym Direct has the best range of gym equipment at the best prices. I bought a body pump set, including a step and whilst there was a short wait, which I was aware of, they kept me updated about its arrival. I was thrilled when it finally arrived on my doorstep! And have been using it since.”

“Gym Direct dealt with my order promptly and efficiently. I called to add an additional item and it was done with the minimum of fuss and they even waived the extra freight fee that might have been required. My order arrived securely packed and in great time considering the delays expected due to the pandemic. Based on my experience I highly recommend Gym Direct.”

“The product as received was good however the shipping was late and convoluted. Between an email confirmation of dispatch and receiving the items, a few weeks passed. This was compounded by uncertainty between the courier and Gym Direct whether the order was dispatched and received by the courier or not (both parties claimed that the other had the item). Subsequently the courier did not communicate well and had I not phoned the courier and negotiated a solution, they would not have attempted delivery as I live in a regional location along a steep road.”
