“Awesome Product, Very Good and prompt Customer Service, we had a communication issue with the intermediate Delivery Depot (bigpost) where they insisted the delivery method was not a tail lift as what we purchased. this took two days to sort out with them and recommend gymdirect ensure all delivery details are passed onto the intermediate agent so delivery can be made by the transport companies without back and forth to confirm minor details. Apart from that very satisfied and will be ordering in the near future with Gym Direct!”

“Have good products. But I was disappointed when part of my order I paid for was missing with no explanation and it took two emails before I received an answer, stating that they were unable to be located in the warehouse.”

“It’s great to be able to talk to real people over the phone and visit the showroom. I’d suggest some post-sale two-way chat, esp. after buying expensive gym equipment. I.e. treadmill.”

“These guys have all in all been good given the crazy covid workload spike. They were upfront about the wait times and when they had no ETA. Which sucked, but at least they were upfront about it. They have also let me amend my order, split and combine shipping as it made sense and have been quite flexible. All in all, I am a satisfied customer, there have been problems, but they have worked to rectify them and the quality and price of what I have purchased have been great.”
