“Fantastic value and very upfront with delivery timeframes. Only issue I had was with an enquiry I raised that was never responded to. However, given the extraordinary circumstances of the times, I understand that there may have been a large volume of enquiries to respond to.”

“It’s great to be able to talk to real people over the phone and visit the showroom. I’d suggest some post-sale two-way chat, esp. after buying expensive gym equipment. I.e. treadmill.”

“These guys have all in all been good given the crazy covid workload spike. They were upfront about the wait times and when they had no ETA. Which sucked, but at least they were upfront about it. They have also let me amend my order, split and combine shipping as it made sense and have been quite flexible. All in all, I am a satisfied customer, there have been problems, but they have worked to rectify them and the quality and price of what I have purchased have been great.”
