As we're sure you are aware, the eCommerce industry as a whole is experiencing huge logistic delays due to Covid-19, especially states like ours (in lockdown) - while this is largely out of our hands we understand your concern. “I sent a review via Google also. Good communication. You did what you said you would when you said. Your courier was a day late and split delivery but it's Covid and should be expected. Not sure if you can manage this any differently. As Arnold said, 'I'll be back'.”
