“We had roman blinds installed in 4 rooms in our house, 7 blinds in total. Of those 7 blinds, 3 had been measured incorrectly and (although were ultimately fixed - with a lot of reluctance from the woman we were dealing with) ended up meaning that the whole process took more than two times as long as it should have. Of the 4 other blinds, we had issues with the cords and loops with 2 of them. Again, someone eventually came to sort that out but all in all, it was an extremely frustrating process and we were disappointed with the quality of the result for a fairly sizeable bill. Would not recommend and would not use again.”
