“You have a good range of colours I thought. But after I did choose my colour the next day I found out that it was not available .....so I choosed an other one and had to find out that it also was not available. Finaly i just took what was there ..........i rather not see the colour if you don't have it .
Trades people were young and still learning somehow which was ok for me ......we all go through that if we start . But I ask them to leave the off cuts for me in my place . They took them all away which was dissapoining ...........but I did not complain.
I realise that I got the whole thing for a really good Quote .........it was somewhat underpriced to my advantage .........so I just accept the whole outcome . But as you can see there is room for improvement . And i realise that the people which were organising it did there best but were still learning .................. I am sure it all will improofe over time.”
“Harrisons and their contractor went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable with the date and time of install, fitted in with what we wanted and the carpet was put in with very little fuss and bother.”

“All round bad experience, laminate flooring in 2 different areas - one area laid sideways, the other longways. Had to come back and re lay one area. Disappointment again as they used small patches of laminate which stood out as all 4 patches were in very obvious places..... had to come back for the third time to fix this.
Unfortunately they damaged 2 doors when they had to remove them and plane the bottoms as the doors didn’t shut.
Sarah the franchisee was very rude, demanding the final payment before the job had been fixed/finished.
Complained about having to come back 3 times to fix all these issues !!
