“The whole process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Clive (the Napier franchise owner) was extremely helpful, patient and genuine. The installer (I think his name was Ryan) was quick and did a great job. When I had a query on something a few weeks later he popped over that same day late in the evening to answer my question. Fantastic service with fantastic people. We love our new carpet.”

“This is the second house we have had Harrisons Carpet come and give an excellent quote and then the install. Can not recommend them enough, Kelly was brilliant from start to finish and the install boys were efficient, it was a big install (two days) but the boys went hard out to get the job done. We are extremely happy with our new carpet. Highly recommend.”

“After 2 years of going back and forth with your Hastings man over, poor laying, faded carpet, being let down by tradies not turning up then making excuses, we have pulled the pin and never ever want anything or anybody to do with Harrisons here again. We will live with the hideous joins until we can afford another carpet. This is a disgrace and we would never recommend your company to anyone.”
