“The service provided by Russell from the initial consultation to the completion of the installation was exceptional! He even popped in on the evening to get feedback and to ensure everything went well on the day. I highly recommend Harrisons Nelson to anyone needing any flooring services”

“Communication wasn't the best leading and during install. The execution of finishing was poor, left with gaps in the floor and carpet lay not professionally. Poor time management which led to a disappointing finish for a lot of money spent.”

“We we’re thrilled to get the garage carpet laid within a week of contacting Harrison’s. We had a lot of questions to ask them before going ahead with the job, and although we missed them when they called around to quote, they promptly answered all of our questions when we called. We’re quite fussy (to say the least), but can honestly say we couldn’t fault the carpet laying. Thanks Harrison’s!”

“Our franchisee was very friendly and informative especially in initial stages of engagement. There were a few questions, queries that I had where I had to follow up after the initial contact as I had not heard back with an answer or solution. A couple of times I had to remind him of what the initial questions/query was. The installers were lovely but in the second property that we re-carpeted and vinyled did not think to ask questions, in one of our rooms and they have laid the vinyl incorrectly. The cost of getting this fixed has now been passed back to us to remedy. A little commonsense and initiative would have been gone a very long way here and has left us in the lurch as we can not have this fixed anytime soon! I love the flooring that has been laid in our house but was also slightly overcharged, I have had to query this twice now.”

“I specified NZ wool carpet, and that is what I was shown and what I got! Very pleased with it. I specified 'no vinyl' (oil derivative), and found wood laminate. It looks lovely and to walk on it, feels so good!”

“Kia ora, A 3peat! Another stellar job completed by Lawrence & team at Harrisons Rotorua. Communication, delivery & completion of work done efficiently & to a high standard. Service 2nd to none. Needless to say when you have work handled & carried out in such a manner you get repeat business.
