“We were very impressed with Nathan from Harrisons from the beginning he visited us twice bringing all the samples nothing was a bother The carpet layer was great ,friendly and efficient We would recommend Harrisons to others Gina is also great to communicate with on the phone”

“Decent product but terrible service. Would only purchase if you want the install to last 4 days or more and if you want to lux and tidy your own brand new carpet before bringing in your furniture. Would not recommend unfortunately.”

“very pleasant experience from consultation to installation, Geoff was very knowledgeable and also helped with final colour selection which we are very happy with. The installation guys were very friendly and professional.”

“Outstanding company to deal with. Neil was great ensuring we got the best colour to fit in with our decor, David's communication was superb. We knew when the installation would occur and what needed to be ready. We got two friendly reminders as the date got closer. Really appreciated as it is a very busy site. The installation was great. These guys should give lessons in customer service. They are masters.”

“Christina and Murray made the the whole process so easy and stress free. The in house consultation was brilliant, so much easier than bringing endless carpet samples home from carpet stores. Christina was so patient and helpful making the colour and product choice. She is very knowledgeable and above all honest. The whole process was so well managed , great communication at every step and we are delighted with the result. Great price , great service. I highly recommend getting in touch.”

“Really bad service. Scheduled for an 11am installation therefore, my partner had to take time off his new job to stay home and move our stuff in and out of our sleepout due to poor weather. The installers haven't arrived until 2.30pm!! I also wasnt advised until i had messaged them first - so slack! Due to the delay, our errands had to be put on hold! Had I known they werent able to make the scheduled time, I would have asked started work early and finished early due to being short staffed. I know I definitely won't be coming through Harrisons again”
