“The service was excellent starting with the consultation and ending at the installation. The carpet we chose was the type we envisaged having, at a price that appeared fair for the carpet, underlay and installation. We are enjoying our squishy wool carpet!”

“I had a rough job done on Lino laying a while ago, didn’t realise the bad corners and missed a patch behind cooker. I wrote a negative post about the problems. The company contacted me and Phil Hitchcock came to check out the problems. Agreed with us, but it was unfortunate that he didn’t receive any feedback I gave. My message was not past onto him. But I’m pleased to say he arranged for problems to be corrected within a couple of weeks. The Lino layer he sent was a very good polite helpful man. Did a great job, showed me what he had done. I’m very happy with the rectified Lino. Well done to the Lino layer, swept up even, and put some mats back. Brilliant. And thanks to Phil for sorting it out promptly.”
