“Harrisons were able to find a the same carpet that I had installed in the rest of the house 8 years ago. Between the initial meeting and installation was a week, which was great. The installer was very professional, just a pity that he wasn't able to trim the bottom of the wardrobe door which is now dragging on the carpet.”

“The installation was supposed be completed within one day, booked weeks in advance. Harrisons carpet stated, that installer were going to take a day, and installers stated they had said they would take three days. It turned into a 'he said, she said' issue. Then on top of that, the installers left blades in the carpet throughout the house, and left a huge mess. We had to get cleaners in to vacuum and pick up all blades, and wear shoes on the new carpet, for safety reasons. Then we tried to get hold of them again to use them for the curtains and blinds, for our new home, but never received a call back. Advice: Get new installers and communicate!”

“Was given very good advice to carpet my house and recommended a good underlay as I chose to go for a cheaper range of carpet.”

“Lack of communication. Lack of followup unless I contacted supplier regards issues over installation. Was resolved eventually which was appreciated but went on far too long.”

“Cant go past Shanon (new owner) and his weekend installer. Every obstacle he had a chuckle at, found a solution and kept going. Really happy with the outcome. The carpet is good quality, and well priced. Highly recommend.”
