“We love our new carpet! The team at Harrisons were very professional from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our new flooring has completely remade our house!”
“The customer service was my deciding factor between Harrisons and the local carpet firm. Harrisons felt like a family business and took into account our unique home business situation and were so polite and prepared to install over 2 days unlike the competitor who felt that was an issue. Price was not a factor.”
“Great service, good price. You stayed for ages and explained everything to make it understandable to noobs. Other flooring companies stayed for 5mins for a measure up and we either had to go to their showroom for products and advice in our free time or the person coming to measure was not knowledgable and unable to explain to someone that has no idea the differences between products and give advice.”
“Ease of design and quote.Very accommodating with choice of carpet according to use .Very satisfied with the service of Nathan and his staff. Five stars”
“Excellent service when Matt visited our home and helped choose our carpet. The guys who laid the carpet were great. My husband and I are thrilled with the result.”
“The team at harrisons Rotorua give an excellent proffessional service. Great quality carpet with exceptional installers. Couldn't be happier with my carpet.”
“Heather is a trustworthy and friendly person who answered our questions to find out what was right for us. We had a very thorough discussion to ensure she knew what we wanted.
