“The customer service was my deciding factor between Harrisons and the local carpet firm. Harrisons felt like a family business and took into account our unique home business situation and were so polite and prepared to install over 2 days unlike the competitor who felt that was an issue. Price was not a factor.”

“Great service, good price. You stayed for ages and explained everything to make it understandable to noobs. Other flooring companies stayed for 5mins for a measure up and we either had to go to their showroom for products and advice in our free time or the person coming to measure was not knowledgable and unable to explain to someone that has no idea the differences between products and give advice.”

“Join in carpet came apart was my fault apparently due to having no curtains (in a full renovation). Terrible customer service from agents took 2 months to have fully rectified! Would never recommend to anyone!”

Thank you for your feedback. As the franchise owner will have explained we will always try and rectify any problems post install and in this case the installer did try and fix the carpet join twice. There was always a complete understanding that the carpet would be replaced if this did not work and we understand this has now happened. These events are not common but we do appreciate that it can be upsetting for customers so we apologise for any inconvenience. Kind regards Harrisons Customer Care.
