“Rob & Shirley on the North Shore are the very type of people who make your business successful and to even err tom overlook this fact would mean you lose big time.... We out here arent that brand loyal but when you employ those like this couple then you have a recipe of winning and not loosing. Beware the company who loses sight of this and fails also to look after such people at the front face of turn over and profit. Robs ability to make contact and keep up contact and offer a product suited to the space and decor is all important to those of us out there relying on a team effort to get our work completed in time and within budget. Harrisons on this occasion were NOT the cheapest but Rob was the tuned in on the job guy to get the business. Congratulations to Rob & Shirley for their professional team work. Kind Regards. “We were so happy from start to finish with Harrisons and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. It was fantastic been able to choose the carpet in our own home and move it to different rooms to see the difference. It makes a big difference been able to see the whole range of colours we liked rather than just three or four samples. Very honest about the products and gave us the time we needed to choose the right carpet. Great communication as well right the way through. Very happy with our carpet.”
