“Very fast on response to questions, thought of everything. Great install, had a couple of questions on the day that they swiftly answered. Felt comfortable with them doing the install while we were not at home, kind to our animals, looked after and respected our furniture during move. Very fast install.”

“Tina came to our home to provide advise and sample options. She listened well and catered to our needs perfectly. Tina is a great sales person, but not too pushy to make me feel pressured. We didn't have to wait long for the install, and the carpet got laid on the week we had agreed. I have forgotten her husbands name, but he was efficient, friendly and did a great job of laying our carpet. Thank you.”

“Our first choice colour in the vinyl was not available so Matt chose to go with another option we had discounted. This was a surprise to us and Matt realised he should have checked with us first. It was pleasing to find someone that was honest enough to admit their error and set about rectifying the problem in what ever way we required. Matt was very professional throughout the whole process and we were impressed with the systems and integrity of Matt and Harrisons. The workmanship and laying the carpet and the vinyl was also of a very high standard. Despite the error we would definitely use Harrison's again and recommend them to other people.”

“Harrisons made it so easy - we talked about our requirements, then had about 12 samples to choose from and narrowed it down to 3 really quickly. Then we took them from room to room and chose our favourite. We are loving our new carpet. Couldn't have been easier.”

“Jeff that we delt with was very pleasant and kept us informed when their was a delay with our vinyl. The tradesmen that came into our house to do the work were also very pleasant and very good workers. The carpet & vinyl look great.”

“Good personable installer and efficient. I had to get francishee back to look at samples again. Difficult to make decisions and compare like for like and price when samples cannot be left.”

“Nathan was very thorough and patient while we made out decision. He followed up with the person laying our vinyl to ensure they were doing our job as soon as possible. The final resent was great at a great price.”
