“Extremely poor coms. All communication stopped as soon as I queried the Seven Sharp viewers discount. It became evident they did not want to honour an advertised discount, so the owner opted to just not respond after multiple attempts to contact. Ended up delaying my build and having to source elsewhere.
Provided feedback to head office, they said they would get the owner to make contact. They didn’t.”
