“Our wool carpet, three years old, is horrendous. Constantly snagging (even in places with no foot traffic) and that was after two solid years of shedding full on tumbleweeds of wool. So disappointed and will never buy from Harrisons again. Feel like we were sold a defective product, to be honest. Wish we'd bought from Devon Patterson like we usually do. What a waste of money.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your product. Wool does shed initially but that should settle down. If your carpet is only 3 years old and you are not happy then please contact us and we can get the manufacturers to take a look at it for you to determine if there are any issues.

He also arranged for the old carpet to be delivered to the Bay of Plenty and laid at my son's place, which was very helpful. Everything went exactly as planned without requiring any follow-up. “We love our carpet, it looks great and has completely transformed our home. Selecting what we wanted was super easy. We had a whole house lot installed which was a big job but Harrisons made it as stress free as possible.
There jewel in their crown was without a doubt the installers Daniel and Zack. They were friendly, super-efficient and total professionals. Nothing was a problem, whether a help with a lift or a super suggestion of changing the look of the stairs with a bull nose fit. Perfect.
To top it off we had blinds and curtains installed that go super well with the look of our house. Harrisons top job, we thoroughly recommend you and will be customers again.”

To discover faulty carpet having been laid on the first day, it then took approximately four months for this to be resolved and the carpet finally replaced. This is too long and we had to then move in an out of our house twice with no compensation or support for this.”

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that this was a long and frustrating process for you. I can see that Jacobson's took responsibility for the fault with the carpet and replaced the order. Unfortunately this can take some time, especially if the carpet needs to be manufactured from scratch to meet the new order.
