I am sincerely sorry that there were delays with your product and that you needed to make changes to your choices. New Zealand continues to have issues Nationwide and across all industries with supply and demand. To hear that you then had to deal with a product fault and some install issues is extremely disappointing.

“We had our new carpet layed this week and are so happy with the end result.
Victoria was so thorough with the derails of the quote and choosing the carpet and underlay...The contractor Lance was here the day the carpet was booked in to do and uplifted the old ..made a perfect job of laying the new..and cleaned up after him to.
Victoria followed up to see the completed job and made it easy to pay the final amount..Good on you Harrisons team.....and a surprise gift at the end too?
