“Got there in the end, long wait for carpet to arrive in country, when initially told it was available in country. Happy with the product but laying of carpet was a uncomfortable experience with laying team swearing and complaining. Then laid stairs crooked, came back to lay again, still not 100% with carpet puckered on stairs but prepared to live with it”

I was sorry to hear that there were some delayed time frames with getting the product into New Zealand.
I sincerely apologise for the bad language used at your home and that you felt uncomfortable in this situation. This behaviour is not acceptable and I will be following up with the installers who did this job. I will also ask the Business Owner to contact you to come and view the stairs also, if further work needs to be done we can arrange to have other installers come in.
