“Very disappointed at the amount of surplus (approx 10 sq. metres) carpet despite careful on-site measuring, and your unwillingness to buy it back or help us dispose of it. We purchased a top quality product and this amount of "waste" is unacceptable.”

“Got there in the end, long wait for carpet to arrive in country, when initially told it was available in country. Happy with the product but laying of carpet was a uncomfortable experience with laying team swearing and complaining. Then laid stairs crooked, came back to lay again, still not 100% with carpet puckered on stairs but prepared to live with it”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I was sorry to hear that there were some delayed time frames with getting the product into New Zealand. I sincerely apologise for the bad language used at your home and that you felt uncomfortable in this situation. This behaviour is not acceptable and I will be following up with the installers who did this job. “Absolutely fabulous service from Dave and installation by Dane. Nothing was too much trouble and their advice was so appreciated. My new flooring is awesome. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again real soon for more flooring projects.”
