“Harrisons of North Shore talked a very good game and Rob was very professional in the sales period. They were honest and open about costs we could expect. However, it all falls apart when it comes to the fitting. The fitting was badly done - joins in the middle of rooms, creases everywhere (the website is not letting me upload the pictures). A whole section of carpet had to be completely ripped up and reinstalled. However, as they have our money already they lost interest in completing the job properly. 9 months later and many promises of fitters coming to sort it out and still not sorted. Will have to accept that we will have to get someone else in to fix it all. As Harrisons rely on third party fitters you are at their whim if it all goes wrong and Harrisons won't chase to complete the works. Use at your own risk.”

“Terrible customer service, disrespectful, leave the house a tip and they will damage the paint on your walls and skirting boards. Management don’t care if you have photographs of damage and wont offer any resolution for the damages caused by their fitters.”

“Fred and the team at Harrisons were fantastic to deal with right from the get-go.
Fred was super accommodating with providing several quotes for the different options I was considering for my flooring and was even able to source 1 of my preferences that weren’t available in the standard ranges for me. Fred was friendly, professional, and flexible and had no problems coming back to bring me more samples when I started having doubts about my initial selection.
I’ve heard some real horror stories lately from people who’ve had terrible experiences with other flooring companies lately e.g. long contractor/installer delays, quotes taking forever and materials shortages but, I couldn’t have been happier with the quick turnaround and service through Harrisons.
My quotes came through quickly and there was a super fast turnaround for the installers being booked in and coming to complete the jobs. The communication through Fred was fantastic, and the installers always turned up on time when he said they were going to. They were also really flexible and accommodating around a couple of issues with my subfloor that needed to be remedied during both of their installs.
Fred’s knowledge and experience were a godsend with his recommendations for my flooring and the installer's work was high quality, fast and efficient as well as always leaving the site super clean and tidy.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fred & Harrisons to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.
