“If there was a zero rating this would have been my choice, as the Southland franchise holder provided zero help. He was apparently too busy to respond to my email and when I recontacted the Auckland base to let them know they got him to ring. He said he was too busy to help. Irereang the Auckland base but they just said he was too busy. Not a great experience.”

“Very happy with our new carpet. We found Harrison's in particular Kaye to be very professional and knowledgeable. Made the daunting task of choosing the right carpet easy. We replaced the carpet throughout the house which was a huge task but the installation was great and went well. Thank you!”

“The team at Harrisons were fantastic. I had a very quick response to my enquiry and a site visit and measure within days. Danny gave me good advice and I had my quote that evening. The price was very reasonable and so I gave the go ahead. The installer Kyle was really friendly, helpful and tidy. He did a wonderful job. I am really happy with the outcome. I have used Harrisons before and would use them again for sure. Very satisfied customer. Ellen”

“We used Clive in Napier talk about fantastic he is such a wonderful man, knew his stuff, talked about what we wanted,do we have kids pets etc. What was best value and hard wearing, and was going to work for our family, not Joe down the road "our family". We couldnt be happier with our choice, we love our new carpet Thank you Jenny and Aidan.”
