“Fantastic service from Harrisons. We live in Taupo and while we went away for a couple of days they came in, pulled up all our old, worn out carpet and installed the underlay and carpet throughout the whole house. And it is nothing short of gorgeous. The company was easy (and friendly) to deal with and made the whole thing nice and easy for us. Highly recommended and we will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Daniel and Renee have been great to deal with all the way through our house recarpeting process, from great assistance and advice in choosing the carpet, to the guys that they employ to install the carpet. They fitted around our busy painting schedule and the national lockdown to accommodate everything. The carpet did take a few weeks to arrive as it had to come from Australia even though it is a NZ carpet, as there wasn't enough of the same batch in NZ. Very happy to recommend them to anyone looking at carpet options. Thanks very much.”

“We have just had our house carpeted by Harrison’s Palmerston North. Miles was great to deal with, he really knows what he’s talking about. Kelly and Donna who laid the carpet were great, lovely cheerful couple. Thank you all for a great service, I will be recommending you to everyone.”

“Never ever again would I order from Harrisons Nelson. Short of order (apparently someone stole it from there storage facility) - cant get any more in for months! Half on the floor! Now short of underlay also! This has cost us so much money/ lack of sleep and days of time at our expense.”

“Quote and installation went very well and price was comparable to other retailers. But the Tribeca carpet that was installed is the most hideous carpet I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Feels cold and damp to the touch, even in summer and you can't even leave a shoe on it without it leaving an indentation in the carpet. Within about 6 months the pile had "unravelled" in areas of any foot traffic (which is only me and no pets so hate to think what it would be like for a family). I contacted the franchisee about it but was told I needed to vacuum regularly and have it cleaned every year. 3 years on it looks worse than the 30 year carpet that was removed. Unfortunately I cannot afford to have it replaced so just have to live with it until I can. One photo is of the carpet in areas that have not been walked on and other 2 are where it has foot traffic.”
