“Fast and efficient change to policy. One issue though, as help desk doesn't work at weekends I couldn't change policy immediately and had to wait till Monday. I think it might just have been because I was due a refund on policy though.”

Thanks for the review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can make changes to your policy at any time 24/7 via your online account. We have Live Chat agents between 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday to assist, and we will process any refunds as soon as possible on the next working day! The Hedgehog team 🦔

“Bella was very helpful however when buying a car on the weekend the robot couldn't answer my questions and I had to wait until Monday to sort. I would recommend weekend access to customer service.”

“I learned an important lesson today - if you have a crack in your windshield your insurance will likely automatically feed you to Autoglass- but did you know you may pay less going with a different company and get better service? Ask your insurance company. I’m with Hedgehod and after several phone calls found out I would pay only £50 pounds and have the job done immediately if I went with a different windshield repair company (My Car Glass) or 90 if I went with Autoglass and I’d have to wait 6 days and have no use of my car for 6 days- and I would have to wait all day for the appointment thus missing a day of work- it’s a total scam!! Don’t use Autoglass for windshield repair!! Tell your insurance company to let you choose the company to replace your windshield !!”
