If we feel a query requires a phone call to fully resolve it, we can arrange a call back - but the costs saved by not having an inbound call centre is reflected by the price we give our customers! “It was quite straightforward to navigate the site but some delays in confirmation which meant I was redirected several times before final confirmation, which was confusing. Overall good though.”

“I found it simple to use the website and set up new insurance. Hedgehog automatically collected my NCD from my previous insurer. I haven’t had to make a claim or contact hedgehog in anyway so cannot comment on that.”

“So far, so good. I have pruchased a lease contract. I needed to inform Hedgehog that the car belongs to the leasing company, they got in touch with their underwriters and cover was confirmed. As I say, so far, so good. Hopefully I won't ever need to claim but at least I know I am covered.”
