“I had some issues paying by credit card and there was a technical error in their system that caused some confusion but in the end I received my item in a quite short time and am very satisfied.”

Hello Brittany, Thank you for your message. I am sorry your order has not arrived yet. The package was sent from the UK by Royal Mail on 12 Nov 2018. International deliveries usually take 5-15 working days. The estimates are usually accurate however sometimes on rare occasions items can fall into our general postage policy which states items can take up to 25 working days. I can understand if you would not like to wait this long I can look into resolving your problem sooner. Please can I ask if it does not arrive shortly for you to check with your local post depot as items are often found there and we have a lot of items returned to us as unclaimed.
