Hi Toni, We're sorry that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. We've refunded the postage cost on your order as you haven't received the service you paid for. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/FQ313364546GB Based on the tracking information it looks like Royal Mail made a mistake and sent your parcel to the wrong depot. This happens occasionally and they usually quickly re-route the item. We've reached out to them, but most of the time once we hear back from them in a day or two the parcel has already been delivered to the recipient. “I ordered Paddington Bear on Christmas Eve with the knowledge that delivery would be 3 working days. It arrived the day after Boxing day, thank you I couldn't have asked for more prompt delivery. Paddington seems to met with approval at my sons house ready for baby!”

“Wondering when our parcel was due to arrive, i tried to phone three times. Your number was disconnected. Very disappointed. Began to wonder whether the parcel was actually going to arrive. Thank goodness it did. Item lovely, thank you. I think you need a phone.”

“It’s a long waiting for a response email. Once I send a email to your company, I had to wait a whole day for the response. And also my stuffs are easy to ship and it takes 4-5 days for me to get it. And something wrong in the procedure. I hope your company could make it better in the future like in the hurry case, I would like to have your response more efficiently. Such as now I have some problem for the return. And according to your company police. I have to wait until this weekend to clarify my invoice again.”
