Hi Cynthia, Your order was dispatched on the 29th via our International Standard service. Delivery time for this service is between 5 to 15 working days, for the USA it's usually around 10. “I found this site as I was browsing through the Internet looking for information on the recommended bottles for breastfeeding babies as I've started to express. I found the munchkin latch bottles on this website and I ordered them straight away. They came within 2 days and I received exactly as I had ordered. “I ordered mid November. After 2 weeks i sent an Email to the customer service because i hadn't received anything. They had no tracking mail and couldn't reply. Eventually I've never received my parcel (a brio train for my son's birthday). after 1,5 month they finally refunded me £35.15 over £48.15. They didn't resend anything ...I call it robbery!!!!”
