“Item ordered, confirmed and shipping confirmation received yet item was not in stock!!! I only found this out when I contacted customer service a week after receiving shipping confirmation. What a terrible service. As a first time customer I won’t be back. I hope you manage to issue the refund with more reliability than the product!”

“We ordered the Happy Day Big Cooker for our children, it was delivered promptly, however, it was missing all metal parts including screws and therefore assembly was impossible. I contacted the company via email to seek a solution to this issue but I received no reply. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service provided by Hello Baby and the shoddy product that I received from them.”
