“One star is one too many. This company is a scam. They do not have the items they list for sale on Ebay. I never received a pack-n-play that I paid for, they won't ship me a new one, and they won't issue me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”

“Ordered two items, only received one item. Badly damaged shipping "bag". Signed for the one item...tracking now says "received". VERY disappointed and I have know idea how to track the item I did not receive. ONE tracking number for TWO items. Don't believe it's hellobaby's fault, but they have my money.”
