“I gave the baby milestone cards as a baby shower gift and the mum to be was delighted. I had ordered them at the last minute and thought I might not have them on time but I am pleased to say they arrived on time.”

“I ordered a slumbertot blanket for my daughter which came without problems but unfortunately after a few months the Velcro on the feet and one hand would no longer work. I raised this with HelloBaby and they sent out a brand new one without question after seeing a photo and asked that I donate the original one to charity. They were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them.”

“I ordered an item off hello baby, unfortunately in the first instance it didn't arrive which was out of there hands as it has been sent Royal Mail. I contacted the customer service team who helped and where very efficient and reposted the item out to me again. I would use hello baby again and recommend them to friends & family”

“I am in the USA and wanted to send a baby gift to a friend in the UK. By accident I found HelloBaby products that I liked when looking at items on the ebay store. When I noticed that the company was located in the UK, that cinched it for me even though the products were a little more expensive than what I had been looking at in stores in the USA. I send a query to HelloBaby about the ordering process which was answered within hours. The ordering process was simple and the products were received by my friend in less than a week. My friend said the quality of the products was very good. I would definitely order from HelloBaby again.”
