I booked a uber this morning. Uber cancelled the trip but took my money. I was not able to book another uner or taxi because they put my money in pending with my bank. Because if this I lost £250 job. They came up with some excuse. Iake a uber almost everyday so I dint understand why had ti check my bank details as I use the same details all the time. Then I called up customer service for this person to be being abrupt. I am very disappointed

He did not update his location nor communicate to me as to where he was. He then decided to reject us after waiting for 15 minutes. Will never use Uber again!

Uber is dead, really dead. Everything about it so bad. Expensive rides, expensive booking fees, drivers that take hours to arrive to pick up. Everything is so bad👎 You bettet shut the company

This review is fir customer service, when you call uber. This man who had a Mexican accent, was very rude when I told him I wanted to cancel my ride. He hung up on me! He Saud that I may have to wait 2 hours to get picked up to come back home. It was going to be from a doctor's office, at about 5pm. No chairs outside and he said, that I may have to wait. I just wasn't going to do that in 115 degree heat! I had to call back to cancel, dmsince he wouldn't cancel my rude and hung up on me instead. I will never call uber again! I rather pay more and take a taxi! At least, they are more friendly! I haven't trued Lyft yet.

The worst customer service ever. Left my keys today at 8am in the car, called since 8 am more than once and was told to wait for 6h to be told that the driver went home and I can collect my lost property on Monday. Driver offers to give his home address to collect the keys but when I say I will go with the police he says he won't give me the address. Call for support and I get NO SUPPORT. To be told I need to wait until they don't know when. I have my keys of my house and my work, I've been contact straight after I left the car. You have no customer service and after I get this sorted, I will definitely not use any of your services.

Uber support is nonexistent!! God forbid you would like to speak to a real person for a resolution. They do next to nothing to assist with issues with billing, membership and support!!!

Uber support was terrible. Kunil kept trying to make the issue out to be on my end. He ended the conversation abruptly because he couldn't figure out it. Eventually it was resolved by someone else.

Fraud on my account cleared by American Express but then Uber says I still have to pay them ?? Uber has Zero customer support or service, only automated replies. Talk about sucky stupid service.

Thank God it's a trial run. They give an estimated time. It's been 40-60 minutes over that every time (4 times). Same old story, first the time doubles after you pay, then it triples once it starts. I'm writing this 65 minutes into a 10-15 minute delivery. Last time Uber. thanks for being mediocre. Mission accomplished.

We MUST touch our phone to accept a fare, also we must accelerate more if entering interstates,also, what is this hard braking, very seldom , but often get cut off or others drivers stop suddenly or turn suddenly, VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS SYSTEM, causes driver to lose concentration while driving, PLEASE DELETE THIS PROGRAM!!!!

Worst Cusomer Service in the whole entire world. They are so rude. You mention a problem to them, they waste your time and don't help you at all. They try to make you restart the app or your phone just to get you off the hook.

Unbelivable. I ordered food from uber eats and so the restoraunt called me and said they don’t have it. I cancelled the order and Uber charged me. This is a fraud.

This service is becoming a scam. I have reserved a cab to the airport and I received a confirmation email with my booking and just after double checking directly on the uber app it came out I didn't have any trip booked, instead I had to book another trip for nearly double price. I didn't received any cancellation email whatsoever and the costumer service wasn't able to help at all. If I wouldn't have double check I would have found myself waiting for my cab on the street at 3am. I still don't know the reasons why my trip was first confirmed and then rejected without notification and I found this service absolutely disgusting. Surely I won't reserve any more trip with this company which clearly doesn't support paying client.

I was in the middle of explaining and issues and the operator just ended in my call soo rude!!! I got over changed and they are telling me there is nothing they can do, yes you can refund me my money!!!!
