Worse worse worse experience with Uber. PEOPLE SHOULD REALIZE AND NEVER NEVER ORDER UBER AGAIN. This is such a rip off for delivery drivers and for people who order from Uber. You call to ask them questions and you have to keep calling them because first of all they took off all the phone lines so you have be connected through a chat, and second of all costumer service representatives hang up on you for a good 2 or 3 times before they take your phone seriously, and then at the end they just bla bla bla and they only say what they are told to say of how to use and rip off people. PLEASE THIS IS SCAM. DON’T ORDER UBER

Terrible customer service!! After all the money this company makes! I called to try to get help with my app which would not let me get rid of an expired credit card, 3 reps could not help, 1 hung up before he even tried to help, 1 started an account in my name with the wrong email and then could not fix it, and the dumb help uber.com would not work without a working app! Awful service! Going to the competition!

I booked uber airport service,received a message from driver to call him,I did the same and there was no answer, sent a message regarding the same and immediately my account was locked,on clicking support all that got was 404 error and when I searched on Google and tried chat support it's working only from 9 am Horrible service,though this was my first booking on uber

It is impossible to contact uber support on the phone when you need help. You speak to automated messages and when someone does come they just read off a screen like robots and send send you a reply which isn’t even related to your topic.

Uber rides is horrible and the worst app for rides...they're rude unprofessional and dishonest...my last driver went to sleep abd dozed off when I said hey he woke up and step on the gas. Almost slamming into the bavk of a park car...every since I made that complaint they refuse to let me book a ride ..this is horrible

Uber will send you to a merchant and the merchant will not offer Uber pick up order. And when this happens Uber will not refund your money. You will be out of pocket for using there services to place and purchase a order that they suggested thru there app. Uber is a scamming company that needs to be put out of business.

Very disgusting service from Uber . After the confirmation it’s taking time to connect to drivers multiple times . Unreliable service and there is no provision in the app to register customer complaints against the company . We need to collectively take a legal course of action against Uber to set right this

Your services are the worst and your customer service reps are useless. I stopped using your services a few years ago and I decided to give it another try a few weeks ago. That was a mistake on my part.

I was very disheartened by the service of your app. I booked a maruti suzuki dezire, the driver name is Hemanta parida. I waited for him like 6to 7mins and after that he told me that he can't reach to my pick up point because he thought his car won't pass through the route. I told him that even FORTUNER, HARRIER kind of cars coming to our appartment but he cancelled my trip. For that I was very late for my appointment, So I m very disappointed. My request and a honest review to the app developer that please charge something to those kind of drivers who doesn't give their best to the service for which they will have to think twice before cancellation.

I have had multiple orders from fast food places messed up and they never gave me refunds for them, they always gave me a runaround, absolutely ridiculous

Even it doesn't deserve 1 start but still I don't have any option. Uber charged me for old trip but I was already paid for it as after trip end there was no option to pay through uber app so I transferred amount to cab driver's personal account and after 8 months it again charged me for old trip as I didn't paid through app. But this is uber's fault that allows his cab driver to accept money in his personal account and uber doesn't update the status for trip charge that amount paid instead they will charge it on your next trip.This is how uber provide service to their customer. Does customer's review is taken seriously ?

I am giving Uber a one star review because I picked up delivering for Uber and the app gave me a promotion that was supposed to only be in New York and California. I feel like this is very dishonest for Uber and I don't know if I will keep delivering for them. Sad that there wasn't a good resolution for this issue

I reported the same issue for a week straight no one help me they do not care about the workers at all @!!!!!!!! Still haven't received resolution or help ..they do not care about your status..I am a Dimond driver btw!! No help at all

Never get Uber one with them they just gonna steal you and fool you I have very bad experience with them when you order they give me a price and the moment you receive the item they charge you extra be careful. They are professional thief.

The driver was excellent but I am not getting my shared ride discount. I have a membership and I always choose share ride options to discounts. My last 8 rides I haven't gotten the discount and I don't know why very disappointed in the Uber system. I will be cancelling my membership.

Uber has charged me twice for tolls that have been suspended due to hurricane Milton. The tolls were suspended on 10/7/2024. I was charged tolls on 10/8/2024 and on 10/16/2024. Many businesses gouge people during hurricanes, Uber is just one of them.

I got price gouged for a short ride yesterday. My friend was charged less than 1/3 than me, even though we booked our rides to the same destination and 5 minutes apart. Nearly $40 to ride a little over a mile. DAMN YOU UBER
