Customer service was rude! I got an email fro Uber “One” stating I was charged. Ignored because I thought it was one of those scammy emails. I wasn’t expecting to be charged because I do not use “Uber ONE.” I look at my transactions and sure enough I was charged by Uber “ONE.” I reached out, explain to Jayda that I didn’t subscribe to Uber ONE and I’d like my FULL refund. She states it isn’t possible to get a refund for a something I paid that I don’t even use and no nothing about. She then ends the chat.

I wanted to use Uber rides but so many many bad reviews. I have noticed there is no customer service representative, no one to answer your questions. Not worth it , I rather pay a few dollar more for a taxi.

Uber insulted me. I asked for a refund as the food they brought me was tough. They told me I was 2 days late. I explained to them I didn't know I had to complain to them - I thought it was the restaurant - I couldn't get through to the restaurant but I did yesterday. I was told it had to be Uber to refund me. Today I received a reply from Uber - they said they would refund me 29p off of my next order. I will NEVER Order from Uber Again, what an insult, my Order was 17.64

horrible - i've asked for them to review the fare on a recent ride and three times over all the support person responds with is "you've had too many fare adjustments already on your account so we can't do anything". I think they are referring to two rides where I asked to have the PAYMENT METHOD changed. I've never complained before. I wasn't even that upset about it, but now their support has me furious. I'm done with this company - worst customer service ever. Don't even deserve one star.

I ordered a ride about 4:45 this morning. The site said they would be here at 5:30. To pick me up at the hospital. The time is now 7:15 and I am still sitting in the hospital trying to find a ride. By the way I'm also out $20.

Uber does not care about their reviews. They stink and they know it I had to go to the hospital today. I went to call for a ride home and my Uber app would not accept my credit card which I have used before I tried over and over and could not get a ride, I finally called an Uber number and four people hung up in my ear. I finally said to someone I really need to get a ride home, it was after midnight, and he asked me if I was near a shelter. really? Uber should be shut down completely. They are fraudulent. They are a scam.

DO NOT CALL 👎 BER SUPPORT FOR RIDES. THEY LIED ABOUT CHARGING TO CALL IN. THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $5.99 my trip should have been $9.74 12 mins from home they charged $15.99 then the driver asked for a tip.

Was quoted on app for ride estimate of $65.99 for driving someone from Phoenix to Prescott Valley. Hour and half there. Got there and app suddenly switches to my fare being $46! Never would’ve accepted for that! Too late for any return rides to Phoenix. Drove back in sleet and rain, 3 hours of horrible conditions for $46!! Are you kidding!!!

If I’m paying for a ride and it estimates it for 5 min I expect it to come around that time not 14 min later I am not waisting my money for something like that.

I have been a valued customer of Uber since they came to Canada I am in Florida for the winter.. There were several Uber charges on my card in Montreal. They have reviewed the situation and decided they can't do anything for me. Uber claims my phone was used to place these orders. My phone has been with me all of the time in Florida. I am completely dissatisfied and I have sent this on to my bank dispute department. But I cannot believe after being such a loyal customer to be treated this shabbily. I will never, ever use Uber again!

It has been impossible to find anyone at UBER to resolve a payment issue. They have NO "rider" contact number available.

Hello Uber , can I please have my refund back. I have been quring this since the 30th of December 2023. You once sent an email stating that you will refund me, but to this day, no R265 or R266 has been refunded. You charged me twice for this ride once the payment was successfully debited with an amount of that R266, which was on the 23rd of December 2023. On the 30th of December, R324 was successfully debited , and you immediately refunded the R59 I had complained about. This means you debited me twice for the same fucken ride. Fucken refund me my money you fucken scams double debaters who make bonus from my money I've fucken mentioned the last time I did not fucken opt to be debited twice fucken refund me already.

Worse company and call center. People mostly hired from out of country. No communication ethics. Most of time call center agents hanged up call in middle or have no authority to do anything even supervisor. More worse experience do deal with uber call center when person living in more organized country like Canada

Driver ended my trip with two stops after just one stop and forced me to take the second half of my trip with them. I am using voucher so one trip cost two vouchers. Uber customer service is non responsive and did not provide any help to address my issue.
