“Customer service was nonexistent. I placed an order at the start of the week, received the order confirmation email, which said to wait until early into business hours to receive another email directing me on how to pay with a card. That email never came (or at least it wasn't present in my inbox/spam folders), but I guess it was sent because I received the follow-up automail about it being sent to me. I did as suggested and tried to email the sales department about the issue. No response. I tried to contact CS through the WhatsApp number (which claimed to be monitored 24/7, minus short breaks). It took over a day for an initial response, and then I never heard back after my reply to the agent. Now I've received the auto-email about my order being canceled because of lack of payment. Oh well, I guess that saves me the trouble of canceling on my end due to dubious communication/terrible service. It's all just very frustrating though.
