“Arriving at instanbul Airport was an actual nightmare. It took over two hours to get through the passport check and By this time our suitcases was moved to the lost and found property. Which took us another hour to find due to language barrier.
Transport is not as Luxury as they advertised but it got us to the hospital ok.
Once you arrive at the hospital you are taken through what I can only describe as the back entrance and up onto the ward. The ward is quite dated and the pull out beds for the campanions are old and tatty. Your companions are also promised food but we found that they would serve the same meal twice a day And breakfast being a bread roll, boiled egg and a few slices of cucumber.
I would highly recommend packing lots of snacks.
As for the surgery all the pre medical exams are amazing, you feel like you've had a full mot. However no one tells you what to expect when you wake up from surgery.
It is very painful, and you will vomit and feel very sick for around 3 days. There was 4 of us on the ward and we all experienced vomiting blood. (Apparently this is normal) but if your unaware like myself it becomes very scary.
The nurses and doctors at the hospital we're great and if you needed painkillers they would be there straight away. Although depending on what staff was working google translate may be needed.
Overall the weight loss so far is great and I am happy with the results. I only wish I knew these things before going. I feel like the advertisement is very false and the rooms and service you recieve are nothing like you see.
As for the after care it seems to selected. I have not heard from hermes since returning home other than them responding to my messages. Whereas my friend hears form them all the time and they are constantly giving her feedback.

“Terrible and insensitive customer service. Delivery company Hermes as nasty as can be. I ordered for several shoes in a large parcel from ShoeZone. They claim it was delivered when it never was. I asked my flatmates and neighbors, who have always collected all mail in my absence and returned same, but nobody saw the parcel. I called customer service severally but the automated system told me the same tracking number Hermes had sent me could not be recognised. They deliberately prevent you from speaking to a human, so you technically forgo your hard earned money after a failed delivery. Now my family is so disappointed as I promised them shoes that never came. How can you deliver a parcel with no name or signature of the receiver in a civilised country? This is not done even in the "third world". FRAUD is all I can smell and I am informing the authorities right away!!!!!”

eBay on behalf of the seller the Perfume stop informed me the next day that the item was damaged by the courier service Hermes now calling itself EVRI.
I had to report the item as not received to eBay as I had not received any communication from either EVRI or the seller. The Perfume stop emailed me today after 4 full working days telling me that they do not receive any confirmation from EVRI that a parcel has or hasn't been delivered and had not yet contacted EVRI about the damaged item. I have been unsuccessful trying to contact EVRI to find out what happened to my parcel within the 15 minute time slot and why.
I've ticked the not applicable boxes because the item wasn't delivered and the communication box over a week because no applicable box and unable to make contact.”

They’ve lost my parcel, but for some reason have told a lie today which has caught them out and would be fascinated to hear them explain this lie! Firstly, they advised my package had been delivered, then when I advised I hadn't received it they said they 'had tried to deliver but received no answer', despite the fact that myself and three others had been indoors all day; then they said the package had gone missing, and had to be classed as 'unaccounted for', and to contact the seller for a replacement - the seller then advised that they had contacted Hermes directly, who had advised that the package had been delivered and signed for - but when the seller asked for evidence of a signature and photograph showing delivery, unsurprisingly they 'could not provide this'............
Shockingly bad. How they constantly manage to get away with this scam is a mystery.”

Why aren’t they accountable in some way?”
