Dear Zach, we had a list of names chosen from successful entrants in our online Yeezy raffle, who were given the opportunity to purchase the trainers on our website. We have no trace of you on our list, and due to the extreme limited quantity of these shoes, were unable to offer everyone the chance to purchase them. Regards Hervia CS.

I made an order. I paid with my Paypal account. The next day I was told my money was being refunded. There was no explanation whatsoever. The money was refunded to my account several days later.

I placed my order last Friday, it arrived NY on Tuesday. Ever since it's being held at custom. DHL website said they needed more information from sender. I sent 2 emails to Hervia customer service, they said nothing they can do. Then I called DHL, asked them what information they need, they asked me what's in the package, I said a t-shirt, they said will contact me if they need more. For the past 3 days, I called DHL for status, still no update, it's Friday today. The issue is still not solved yet, I will call DHL Monday. I think it's bad communication between Hervia and DHL.

Order a pair of shoes for my son, came on the right day, but they sent me the wrong size, with some one else details in the box, am now waiting for you to resolve this, communication was quite bad as well, just hoping my item comes, for what I paid for, as my son is still waiting on his birthday present.

We can assure you that all of our items are rigorously examined prior to dispatch to ensure that they are received in perfect condition. All the bottoms to go with the 3 medium bikinis were absolutely tiny. I'm a UK 8-10 and couldn't get them over my hips. So can't wear any of them

I would choose -10 if there is a choice! Horrible customer service and attitude! Hervia sent me a wrong size clothing and asked me to post it back, promising the postage will be refunded once they confirmed their mistake. Two months later, Hervia told me that they can only refund the postage I paid to them instead of my paying to post office! I emailed Hervia serval times, and what they told me is"that what our best offer"

You purchased a Comme des Garcons PLAY tee shirt with our Tax free shopping, at which point you seemed very happy with the service you had received and even stated: “You are so nice. My first shopping experience here is awesome! I really enjoy shopping here. Thanks a lot!”. However, we have noticed at a later point that you were not happy to pay your duty and customs fee’s for your package, unfortunately this is something that we cannot control, as kindly explained by one of our customer service representatives and agreed by you when you ticked our terms and conditions when you placed your order. I am very disappointed with Hervia's customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes and bought the wrong size due to an incorrect Size Guide. I have contacted Hervia 3 times and never received a response. I was completely ignored. I presume this is because I am an international (USA) customer and they did not feel that it was worth it to deal with me. I now have a pair of shoes that are too small and cannot return due to an error on their site.

This particular item is sealed in a hygiene bag and is dispatched directly from our warehouse, thus not requiring a security tag. We can see that you received your order on the 24th of February but we can not trace any correspondence with you regarding this issue. placed 4 orders and finally successful pass the security check. first order, visa second order, paypal third order, amex all failed the security checks. at first i thought the issue is due to the shipping address and billing address are different, but i cannot find any option to change the billing address. end up i have to register a new account to put the billing address to same as the shipping address. very poor customer service! emails a few times and no response at all.

DHL attempted delivery to your delivery address in Denmark on 25th January 2016. Unfortunately, you was not home to sign for your parcel. Ordered a pair of Adidas Yeezy Boost 950 W from them which was shipped via DHL. A Hervia employee classified the item as women's clothing when completing the custom form when in fact the item is a women's boot. This error has incurred a higher custom fee. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hervia to make the correction but to no avail.

Package was on hold for three weeks. Finally called DHL and had to pay an additional $80 to receive my package. Would have been lost in the mail had I not called. Will not be purchasing from Hervia again.

We use the reputable courier company DHL. They notify you of a parcel delivery by text. You are then responsible for the payment of customs charges and duty over which we have no control. We are sorry that delivery took so long in this case but the parcel was held because charges had not been paid.
