Good clear information about the legislation and reasonably priced. However the method of delivery is read the text while you listen to me reading the text and so is only suitable for motivated learners on a budget.

The last part, you click on it as the assessment and then it says do you want to take part in a quiz? I assumed it was a quick quiz before the formal assessment - I would have concentrated more had I realised it was the real thing! Why call it a quiz? Very misleading! It is not a quiz at all it is an assessment! Poor ending to reasonable training. I would be interested to hear a response from you.

Just to let you know, when you have completed all of your modules, before entering the final stage in your 'Course Activity' it is shown as an assessment. It is only when you click to start your assessment that it is referred to as a quiz. It was quite nerve wracking doing the course online as I am not really good with computers. But saying that the way it was explained on the computer was really good and felt like I took a lot in as I was reading each section . So I will wait now until my next course online and now know what I am expecting when I do the next course online .

Would prefer if the correct answers came up when you get the answer incorrect, as this will help to improve ones knowledge of the topic

The spoken dialogue did not match what was displayed on the screen in some instances which was unhelpful. In addition, on of the questions was impossible to answer correctly as the training module contradicted the answers available - very poor!

Fool proof way to get a certificate. Basic PowerPoint presentation style with a slow delivery system , which stops you from reading at your own pace, forcing you to wait for the annoying voice over. I did mute it for my peace of mind. I would find the service better if there was an option to have a less bandwidth usage option, as sometimes I had to wait for quite a while to wait for all the bells and whistles to load in order to continue, and I wish to use my time effectively.

The course contained a lot of information that whilst in an academic situation would be relevant in a practical situation diverts the learner away from important bits of information

The course was helpful. I would have benefited more from interactive exercises etc. It can become a bit boring when it is just a voice coming across with little visuals. I also had a problem with the quiz in trying to understand some of the questions in relation "which one is NOT a reason" etc.

I find that I read far quicker than the text appears, and therefore my mind wonders after each line, meaning that not only does it take far longer for me to complete the training, but the information fragments more easily in my head. The sections wherein I controlled the speed of the text were the easiest to follow by a distance.

There were no answers to the questions on the tutorial so I had to guess them but at the end test the answers and questions were all there .

Some of the questions in the test ate difficult to interpret with double negatives. They need plain english
