This test did not take 2 hours, went on too long for middle age severely blind person.

It was full of information but on the quiz question 21 out of the 60 in the Level 3 Health and Safety at Work gave me a correct 'correct, well done' and then a big red cross. This I found confusing

The coursework was factual with to the point information that make remembering the information easier and helped to maintain concentration. However the course can be improved by 1) Having a notice to let people know that the course will be read out them, so they can turn on their speakers/put on headphones. 2) On some of the coursework pages the reading out did not work. 3) There is no spellchecker in the questions that you have to fill in the missing words.

It was a quick an informed way of learning about Legionella Risk Assessments, however, it did not offer anything I could have not found out by researching public information online. Essential information for someone in my profession as an inventory clerk was left out including how to draw schematic diagrams and how to check water storage temperatures and outlets. I have had to further my learning independently to find out this crucial information and would strongly advise that High Speed Training addressed this issue for future learners.

Fairly detailed slides and vocals The test is far too easy in my opinion. In the sections where you choose your answers it is really easy to identify the wrong answers as there too obvious. I would like to have seen harder questions to really challenge me

Well layed out , easy to understand and work through. Only thing I feel would be beneficial is a post course reminder guide as a quick reference for the future to keep to hand whist at work.

It was very good as I needed a course that would flexible and work in conjunction to my busy schedule. The course could have been a bit more visual and maybe there could have been some video clips and examples of some of the food safety procedures.

I done level 2 food hygiene for catering so for some one of some experience in food hygiene I knew a bit already but needed an update for new job I thought it went through a good verity of subjects in enough detail and I did pass tho I only got one question wrong through an accident of hitting wrong one as was doing it on my phone never mind it was the first question so I got every other one correct and my score was 96.7? And thought the test could have been a bit better eg more questions about different things.

The assessment consists of 30 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 70%. so congratulations for passing with such a high pass mark! Course was good with acceptable base coverage. Some questions were presented poorly.

The content was good for people who are new to DSEAR Attention to detail could have been better no mention of earthing in the whole of the presentation Considering it is a safety course, the photos could have been to a better standard. The guy cleaning the floor, galvanised metal buckets that are earthed, not a plastic bucket on wheels. The lady holding the clipboard in the introduction to DSEAR risk assessment was wearing plastic gloves. These are insular and can generate static. The guy holding the 22 litre drum over his head doesn't produce an image of good safe practices. I thought this image was crazy in a safety presentation No mention of restricting mobile phones, or common electrical device people carry these days The guys in the wood workshop had no safety goggles or dust masks

Very slow progression from one page to the next. Would improve things if all the text for each page was dropped in at once so you could read at your own pace. Also, in a couple of places, the text did not match the audio commentary. In particular, on page 10 of 12 of section 2, the text refers to the employer whilst the audio refers to the employee. It is therefore impossible to know with whom the responsibility lies.
